Easy to upload, my require manual syncs
What do you like best about the product?
I can customize my dashboards easily once the connection has been established
What do you dislike about the product?
NOt all connects may be established, and can often prove difficult to QA long term when reviewing trends. Some manual checks are required periodically to make sure connection is secure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales analytics, marketing analytics, and operations analytics. We track numbers from shipment to refunds all together in our dashboards, as well as cashflow among other metrics

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to share reports with colleagues to view the same data. It is also easy to add/edit information to an existing report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at times with a lot of data processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho helps us quickly view data and stay on top of existing reports to manage trends throughout the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to create many deep dive reports and dashboards to analyze my business. I am not limited with pre-built templates and can even create my own tables and data columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it synced my data with Zoho CRM at a higher frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us for dive deep in all the areas we track within our business as it relates to our day to day operations. The interface is easy to use and even allows me to share views outside of our organization easily.

Easy to use tool to see updates and analytics on what's happening across a company. Generates easy to read and accurate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit finicky when importing data. The integrations will take time to learn how to move your data properly.

not as customizable as GA and its reporting needs more templates that are easy customizable

It's very flexible and usable within the Zoho Suite of products.

I think some of the visualization and charts could have a slightly smoother interface. Also, for "geomapping", it does not leave me completely fulfilled.

Visualization of data across all the functions of my marketing channels. Most of the data is then used to gather insights about our impact across the channels.
