Deployment experience and app management in Amazon Web Services is a pretty smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike; dislike is a pretty strong word. The usage analytics dashboard could be slightly improved.

Single place to manage your Cloud Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Been using it for quite some time and I make use of the "Monitoring" module and the "Backup & Replication" module in which taking care of managing snapshots, replicating data putting it in other regions to for backup, restore or recover the accidentally terminated EC2 instances which can cause issues, monitoring the services, all these really come in handy for users that take a step ahead in managing all the needs at a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Providing the support of S3 instances can be added in the updates. Secondly, there can be more than one RDS replication jobs that can be run for a particular AWS account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It covers the gaps like monitoring AWS appliances/services instead of spending time to deploy monitoring agents that do the work. Maps data of the apps we use, provide backups and recovery in case of any disasters or mishaps. Instead of using multiple tools, we can carry out all these at just one place which is time consuming and cost effective too.
