Intruder is a great product giving peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder keeps ahead of the threats that emerge every day. As threats emerge or sites are tested against them and we are notified of the results. TAkes away the constant worry of threats on my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is a great service with good reporting and notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The background monitoring of new threats, as well as the monthly complete threat testing saves my team the distraction and allows them to focus on productive work.

What do you like best about the product?
Intruder exceeded all our expectations.
It is a quality product that smartly evaluates system vulnerabilities. Only exploitable vulnerabilities are detected.
The greatest value of this product is the excellent online chat support, which will help you with everything in case of problems.
Another big plus is that in the case of a small graphic problem found, the developers fixed the error in a month.
The response of the support team is incredibly fast in all aspects.
The interface of the intruder is very nicely graphically processed.
I recommend trying it!

What do you dislike about the product?
The nessus internal scanner slows down the PC a lot during scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All ambiguities were resolved in an incredibly fast time in the online chat.

The system is easy to set up, and is incredibly reliable and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is easy to use. Setup is straightforward and it's crystal clear. Most importantly you can see an immediate view of your assets and their status as regards compliance, and quickly establish whether or not there is any remediation required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a different commercial model, where perhaps you can group assets together rather than simply have to pay a fee per endpoint scanned. It seems pretty expensive, although I think it's a 'cant be without' and I wont be leaving, it could be better value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to demonstrate compliance. Intruder provides me with an effective tool to show clients and internal stakeholders that we are safe and compliant with current threats and standards.

- Report page has graphs that look good in demos, but are probably not that useful (for me at least)

Simple to use vulnerability scanner, even for a non-technical person
What do you like best about the product?
The Intruder team (including support team) is very easy to contact and always ready to help in a super speedy way. The scanner delivers great results whilst the reports give a clear insight on how to resolve issues. The user interface is simple to use! When we started using Intruder, it was still small but the team is constantly growing, keeping the tools up-to-date with modern functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a big worldwide company there is a need for separation of duties. Whilst this is still on the roadmap, missing this functionality is still the biggest issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a big worldwide company it should be easy to get results for all teams in the world by which all the teams can make sure all our web apps and data are secure from hackers. Intruder is exactly providing the tools and services to help us identify these vulnerabilities (with automated scans or self-initiated scans).
Comprehensive vulnerability scanner that is simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder is a comprehensive vulnerability scanner that crawls to all corners of the web app, looking for holes. Their support team is eager to help, answer questions, and resolve issues. The user interface is simple and does not have unnecessary bells and whistles! It's working great for us; knowing that our app is scanned routinely for vulnerabilities gives us peace of mind. Scanning daily for emerging threats is a definite bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'll be great if scans can be paused and resumed or scheduled to run during non-working hours. It'll be useful when the scans take a long time (many days!) to complete. Also, generating a partial report will be helpful if the scan is canceled.

It is important for our business to ensure that our web app and data are secure from hackers. Intruder provides the tools and services to help us identify vulnerabilities with automated scans.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Intruder.io to run daily scans on our server platform. Industry experience shows that most penetrations are rooted in inadvertent misconfigurations. The daily scans provide us with confirmation that ongoing maintenance and software upgrades are not introducing unintended vulnerabilities.
When we started using Intruder, not only did it flag particular vulnerabilities, but each warning was accompanied by specific action recommendations on how to eliminate the vulnerability. Intruder helped us to tighten up the perimeter of our cloud-based processing platform.

There is nothing which I dislike about this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder.io helped us to tighten up the security of our platform. We used its reports to demonstrate the security of our platform for SOC2 auditing purposes.
Great Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder.io gives us great peace of mind that our sites have the most common security issues patched. When first adding new sites to Intruder we get a great list of issues that need to be fixed, as well as updates on new issues that may arise along the way. Great to have a vuln. scanning service running for us in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to use the Authenticated Web App Scanning feature, but the price jump is too prohibitive for anyone I work with. We'd love to see a better price point that the smallest businesses can afford for authenticated scans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're monitoring some older websites to keep them free of vulnerabilities until we can upgrade them to new frameworks. It's nice having some confidence that older websites aren't riddled with security issues.
Great Experience for Vulnerability Scanner
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the interface is and how many details the scan provides for resolving vulnerabilities. The support team has great communication and is very efficient in responding to any inquiry. I also like that there is a history of all of the scans and you can schedule scans. We now can check monthly which if any vulnerabilities come up we can resolve very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It be nice for the reports to have both tag and IP address - this is a very small detail and not fully a necessity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding vulnerabilities and solutions for securing our servers, having a scan every month to check more frequently to avoid any vulnerabilities from being missed, and being able to store all of our scans in one spot that is very organized.
Our best friend in battling security war
What do you like best about the product?
Emerging threat scans are priceless. Intruder.io platform user experience is very intuitive. It is hard to imagine managing the security of our platform without Intruder.io.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page load times were a bit slow in the past, but that seems to have improved lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder.io is helping us manage security risks on our platform. It is very cost-effective. It saves a lot of DevOps time for us. It also helps us maintain a good reputation with our partners and users.
