Intruder provides me with a great overview and continues scanning

I find Intruder easy to setup and price affordable

It is hard to find anything to disslike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continues insight into our public-facing services and possible oversight on port openings and CVE's.

Intuitive, thorough, low administration scanner
What do you like best about the product?
Automatically adds and removes targets from our cloud platforms. Updated with 0-day vulnerabilities. Consolidated issues reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal agents must be installed on every target. Their philosophy on this is sensible but a middle-ground for bulk internal target scanning would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive awareness of scannable security issues in our public hosts and networks. Compliance evidence.
Exceptional Customer Service on top of a great product!
What do you like best about the product?
I've only had to use the online chatbot once. The support was outstanding. I was used to good customer service in the US, and the UK has generally been a bit disappointing by comparison. The customer service provided by Intruder would be at the top of the list in US companies. Honestly, exceptional.
We're heavy users of Slack. We love the Slack integration that allows us to keep the group informed outside of the accounts in Intruder

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of any automated scanning is that it's automated. It would be tough to beat an actual human delving deeper or to mimic the cultural thinking of humans in different parts of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost is low enough per IP/URL, that we can include all of our public-facing areas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time looking at alternatives.
I have tried other solutions but Intruder this is the best

Simple, intuitive, it doesn't take too long time to set up what you need

I would like to have a more flexible plan, such as having 4 scans per year at a lower cost

Excellent cyber security vulnerability assessment tool
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started is very simple. The user interface is clean and intuitive. The options on the Pro level subscription meet all of our current needs. Tests against emerging threats are great to give peace of mind. We can test out both our physical environments, as well as cloud instances. The high-level management dashboards are helpful and the detailed reports (including remediation instructions) are excellent. Looking to utilise the API capabilities to more deeply integrate with our other cyber security and IT support tools. Overall, an excellent product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to get the same price whether paid by credit card or formal invoice (online is discounted by 10%). Most medium and large organisations prefer the formal route rather than an online card payment which can be difficult to track and report upon. Apart from that, there's very little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented a number of cyber security products and by using Intruder, have been able to validate whether they are making a difference or not. Intruder helps to identify blind spots that would otherwise have gone unobserved. We still like to do a full paid annual penetration test and after implementing Intruder, managed to achieve our very first clean bill of health with zero findings.
Slick, Quick and really does make security easy
What do you like best about the product?
I feel this solution really does make my life as an IT MSP super easy offering Vunerability Scanning Services. A few clicks on a super easy to understand interface and its up and running! I really do recommend this solution

I feel like there are a couple of places around email notifications which can be improved on however the team at Intruder is very happy to listen to feedback to continually improve

Being an MSP getting a solution that does Vunerability scanning, does it well and at a great price point has been a challange to find. This is a great solution to that problem

What do you like best about the product?
The website is very descriptive and guides you to the service you need with a good comparison between products, and the chat support is excellent. It is easy to make an appointment with one of the team if required using the simple appointment booking tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed a little more information about an add-on service and spent time hunting around the website, and it may have been easier to have the add-on explained and then 'speak with an adviser' as a reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have easy access to ad hoc vulnerability scanning and planned penetration testing. The dashboard is so easy to use, and the reports are usually available within an hour. A simple link into MS Azure made it an effortless setup for us.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Intruder for the last 4 years and have been impressed with the quality of service provided by the company. Our Account Manager has been hugely helpful and very flexible to accommodate to our requests which are often time sensitive, I love the proactive emerging threat scans that scan for vulnerabilities as they come up. I don't have to wait for a monthly scan to uncover a critical vulnerability of our system.
The dashboard is clean, clear and provides feedback on what action needs to be taken to patch or resolve any issues.

Internal and External Vulnerability Scans made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder.io has a very clean and straightforward interface that makes it easy to setup both internal and external scans, monitor the results of those scans and, perhaps more importantly, how address any identified issues. The dashboard is clean, clear and provides feedback on what action needs to be taken to patch or resolve any issues. This is so much easier to use than other vulnerability scan tools I have used previously. There are not many pieces of software that I would recommend without reservation but Intruder.io is definitely software I would recommend to anyone. The support team have been really helpful in helping me configure my scans and occasionally check-in - which is also just another plus. You know that should you need any help it is readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the resolution advice is clear and detailed it would sometimes be helpful if it also had some OS specific instructions. I cant think of anything else as the their are very few if any false positives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder has allowed me to put in place weekly scans, which are reviewed and instructions passed to our network support team who then patch and resolve weekly. This has helped us improve the security and confidence in the security of both our internal network and hosted application servers. This has saved me time and improved the overall cyber security of the organisation which as Im sure everyone now appreciates is more critical than ever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say try it, it will dramatically reduce your administration time and will give you the assurance thats needed now because of the increasing rate of change and proliferation of attacks and updates to software
