I have been very pleased with the solution offered by intruder
What do you like best about the product?
SImple to use, easy to setup, nice dashboard/interface

Initially the user interface took some time to navigate, but there have been recent inprovements that solved that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed to have visibility into current/emergenging threats impacting our network perimeter for compliane purposes. The solution has solved that business requirement

If you are looking for a solid 3rd party vulnerability scanner with actionable results this will meet your requirement

What do you like best about the product?
The cost to enter cybersecurity and secure your clients and business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated scans bring up false-positives and not always accurate, but that is a given with automated scans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing the business and client systems.

To secure your business and customers without spending 1000s of dollars is really worth it with intruder.

Internal scanning agent could be easier to configure, although I understand the challenges.

Provides automated vulnerability and pen testing for a very lean team. Tool is very easy to use and deploy and requires no dedicated security team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be expensive depending on the subscription you choose.

Needed to deploy a vulnerability and pen testing. Was very easy to set up and didn't require 3rd party consultants and long sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It was incredibly easy to get started and evaluate the tool which provided immediate value for our team. The ease of pointing the application to some endpoints and triggering the initial scan didn't require any additional effort.
The report that is delivered is customer ready and we were proud to directly share the content. With cyber security, trust is a significant part of the experience and we felt that the branding and professionalism matched what we wanted to project to our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a bit more detail on how the tests are executed and what those tests are. We understand that to build an interface that balances simplicity and complexity can be tricky. Perhaps some help articles that describes it a bit further would be an appropriate mechanism.

As a small and growing product company, projecting confidence to our customers is critical. Intruder helps us prove our cybersecurity expertise by auditing our platform and which then lets us share with new and prospective customers.

Nothing at all! Very impressive SaaS solution.

We use Intruder to review and report on any security vulnerabilities of our own SaaS platform. The continuous scanning gives us the confidence to meet the security requirements of our customers.

Intruder is so simple to use, but does such an important job! It ensures that the services we expose are secure.

What do you like best about the product?
By using Intruder it means my team can focus on building the core product, safe in the knowledge that we'll be alerted if there are any potential security concerns on the horizon. It gives us and our customers peace of mind. The monthly scan, along with immediate vulnerability updates keeps us all in the loop - and there's nothing more satisfying than receiving an 'Emerging Threats' email which calmly tells you that you've passed! The user interface is slick, easy to use and tells you everything you need to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found a single thing to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to focus on core product, and ensures that whilst our focus is elsewhere, we know that if there are any issues we'll find out about them quickly - and remediation advice will be provided.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intruder offer a 30-day free trial, and if you're unsure whether it provides what you need, then it's definitely worth a try. Whilst the scans are vital, don't underestimate the value of the emerging threat notifications too.
Intruder Gives Me A Little Piece of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love the proactive emerging threat scans that scan for vulnerabilities as they come up. I don't have to wait for a monthly scan to uncover a critical vulnerability of our system. I also love that it's tied directly to Slack so my IT Ops Engineers can see right away there is a new emerging threat and very quickly the result of the scan. This gives me a little peace of mind that we're doing our best to maintain security and address issues immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. The cost of Intruder is less than it would cost to have someone perform these scans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to ensure that we address security issues as they arise and we're alerted when there is a critical vulnerability that we have to address. We've already identified some outdated libraries with security vulnerabilities on our websites from the Intruder scans that we were able to identify and fix quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Intruder helped us identify a few vulnerabilities on our website and I'm extremely happy that the scans run automatically and I don't have to worry about when our last scan was completed.
