Easy to use and comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder has been easy to setup and easy to use. Within just a few hours we'd had our first scans completed and had been presented with a PDF report which was just what we needed to demonstrate compliance. Would certainly reccommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scans can sometimes be a little slow, though this is no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder is helping us demonstrate our compliance with ISO 27001.

Great vulnerability scanner and a great team at Intruder
What do you like best about the product?
Increased visibility over vulnerabilities on all targets. Clear explanations and remediations. The Intruder team are punctual with assistance and their openness to help & change has been very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found a few issues with visibility on specific aspects of the control panel. Some items aren't overly precise, however, the Intruder team has taken onboard feedback with the aim of resolving these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists us with pinpointing any vulnerabilities, new or existing amongst our cloud targets. This gives us greater visibility ensuring we can resolve issues across all targets.

What do you dislike about the product?
No, I cannot find a dislike feature; all features look good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder helps us do penetration test. It improves our web application security.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, comprehensive reports which are easy to understand and submit for audit. Moving from other cloud solutions which involved a lot of setup and off & on maintenance to a fully SAAS powered solution has so far been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been using this platform for a little while but so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intruder is keeping an eye over our shoulder. As we upgrade and expand our platform, we are constantly being scanned to ensure we have not accidentally exposed any vulnerabilities which are known to them.
Intruder is Our Network Security Choice
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder is a straightforward, powerful, and robust tool for scanning both external and internal nodes. We've found it to be quite comprehensive and simple to use. We especially like the emerging threat scans which help us stay on top of the newest vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, right now I can't think of any negatives. Even the basic plan is quite good although we elected for the Pro version for the larger, more vetted vulnerability database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a product that automated external compliance scans for SOC 2 and have found the reports to be very good in meeting that requirement. Our ability to keep our network secure has improved by using intruder.
Self service product - easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
For me as a CISO of a small start-up, a product like Intruder has been great to use. It's self-explanatory, easy to use, and with good explanations on the fixes needed to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, they don't support at the moment smart login to scan on the Application level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vul' management and App scanning - easy to use, self explanatory
Convenient but thorough penetration and vulnerability testing wrapped in an affordable package!
What do you like best about the product?
We were in need of a testing product that would test from the inside out and outside in. That's what first attracted us to Intruder. The product is well laid out with a clear, concise Cloud interface. Small footprint on internal devices reduces performance degradation. Thorough testing of all targets with well-documented results. Remediation instructions are excellent and easy to follow. Emerging threat scans may prove critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Distribution of the internal agent is still somewhat of a manual process. However, instructions were provided for distribution through Microsoft Intune and we have other packages capable of selective installations. Scripting makes the installation easier for a large installed base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were lacking on-demand/scheduled penetration testing of our public IPs and servers - Intruder fit the bill. While we have excellent patching capabilities and vulnerability reporting through our RMM and Endpoint Security products, we needed a product which would manage the process of performing complete vulnerability scans and more importantly, provide us with detailed remediation instructions. This is an area where Intruder shines. While we're just starting out with the product, we are anticipating a huge time savings compared with our prior methods of vulnerability elimination.
Very slick security app
What do you like best about the product?
Intruder has an elegant user experience and really contributes to peace of mind (as a business owner). Several times, when we get a client asking about whether we have patched and tested for a new threat it has been great to be able to send screenshots of us passing particular tests. It has become essential to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Pricing is getting quite steep it seems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Terrifying informaion security threat level. Intruder (and similar services) now the price of admission for internet business.

The simplicity of the platform around a complex topic is refreshing and simple to use.

Whitelabel reporting would be very helpful.

Earlier it was a little tricky to configure but now UX is improved.
