What do you like best about the product?
-Better Tools for Data discovery & visualisation such as heatmaps & scatter posts.
-Supports drill down analysis & conditional formatting.
-Report delivery scheduling is possible at specific date & time.
-Zoho analytics is able to build forecasting models based on existing datasets.
-Dedicated apps for Android and iOS.
-Supports a plethora of data sources such as Excel, MySQL, Oracle, text files, CSVs and more.
-Supports drill down analysis & conditional formatting.
-Report delivery scheduling is possible at specific date & time.
-Zoho analytics is able to build forecasting models based on existing datasets.
-Dedicated apps for Android and iOS.
-Supports a plethora of data sources such as Excel, MySQL, Oracle, text files, CSVs and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Application will require formal training and there are no publicly available tutorials and wikis. You'll have to rely upon webinars hosted by Zoho support.
-Existing Templates are not sufficient for major industry functions.
-Most of the advanced tools require a little bit of coding knowledge.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho Analytics has helped us scale our BI processes & also improve the performance of most of the activities. Dashboards are user friendly & can be shared with top level management as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the zoho ecosystem that has a solution for every business need. Once you go zoho, you never say oh no! The zoho one has strong features with a great customer support that helps you in solving all issues in real time. one you use one zoho application , others can also be later inetgrated to make a complete sales + marketing suite of apps that helps keep everything in 1 ecosystem. the benefit is easier collaboration between teams, better reporting, improving sales and saving costs. One usp of zoho is that it is not expensive and so even small businesses can easily adopt it. the zoho chatbot i use for my business seamlessly intgrates with zoho crm so all leads directly go and i can also create tickets for support functions without spending extra on 3rd party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
the multiple apps and integrations can take time getting used to for an organization so its recommended to transition slowly so all team members from across verticals can sync together and learn all the UI and functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nobody likes to have businesses work with multiple vendors and zoho one with its seamless inetgrations across all its apps makes everything smooth, efficient andworks well to increase productivity and keep a track easily for all types of functions like sales, marketing, support and finance.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are utilizing the Zoho platform for CRM or any of Zoho Apps, This tool will give you all the insights you would need. Your leads, Project progress, revenue everything can be a dashboard with complicated filters also.

It will be little difficult for a beginner to start using it, you need adequate data for a full fledge analysis on the rest of the zoho apps. Data visualisation can be better.

Analytics enables us to delve deep into all the areas we monitor within our business, specifically concerning our daily operations on projects like tracking the progress, individual user performance. We also use for the sales operations where we lacked an understanding of our sales team's performance. However, this tool has helped us gain insights into their behavior and performance like sales cycle, win rates by industry and multiple other things

It provides the data cleaning and data modeling tool to convert raw data into structure format data. It provides Drag- Drop option to create analytics reports and charts.

it contains some advanced features for data modeling which are complex to learn. it also creates issues in data modeling when the data is complex.

It provides different visualization options to analyze and visualize the data like charts, graphs, tables, and maps which helps to generate the report fast and easily. It provides the share option to share the reports among the members to analyze the data set.

-Lack of documentation and tutorials over the web, Zoho demos and in-app walkthroughs are your only support.
-UI can be a bit overwhelming considering the immense number of tools jammed up.

I am trying to analyze and decide upon the right data analysis tool hence exploring this tool. I liked everything about it. I believe this can work great for a small business.
The sharing options must have the ability to integrate with office collaboration tools like MS Teams and Slack.

Zoho One - Simple and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
As an employee, we must report to our HR for leaves and salary, but Zoho allows me to access everything on my laptop screen. I can easily add leaves and attendance and see my payroll information in Zoho. This software's Interface is reliable and straightforward overall and provides a good user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no or fewer flaws in Zoho. Sometimes I have faced connectivity issues with the internet, but that's temporary and tolerable; overall good experience with Zoho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by providing an interface where I can easily add my attendance, see my payroll information, and apply for leaves from anywhere.

Not much visualisation, Big data handling is an issue. A lot of features are turned off for light users.

One can understand technical data easily, Data consolidation and reporting and Team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoho provides a good suite of CRM module and it has an best reporting feature that allows to created customized reports and also best about Zoho analytics is it's ability to integrate with different data sources and allows to consolidate the information in one place. It is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developing the custom reports will be difficult and performance/ speed of loading data in report level bit slow. It need to improve the handling of extensive data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho analytics helped us to solve client queries and we used CRM module to manage this and solved the problem of analysing data related to accounting and sales.
