I love the fact that you have eyes in pretty much all infrastructure, you are able to overview all transactions in real time also the node map allows you to view the flow of those transactions,
when it comes to graphics, you can overview CPU, memory, disk usage and network status in
every host, you can also set the alerts and thresholds accordingly.

What do you dislike about the product?
the user interface is not very friendly, navigating this app could be confusing at times,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to monitoring tasks, this app is perfect, we are able to prevent, issues related to applications performance, we do use the threshold feature on the alerts to prevent issues related to memory usage or disk space usually on month ends when all reports are being completed.

I did not find anything that is not good about AppDynamics. It’s a very powerful tool for studying app dynamics.

I used AppDynamics for understanding my application ‘s dynamics. It can show various parameters based on which we can monitor application health. This helped me in understanding and monitoring the applications in a better way.

This app certainly provides useful insights for the applications running on our distributed clusters in data centers

The learning curve is slightly steep for new users, and it takes them a long time before they can do anything productive
