The strength of the data is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there is rich data and analytics and that this can enabled for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, videos continue playing (the audio continues running) even if you have closed the app. This means you need to reboot your device -which isn't cool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us shift from course completions and hours spend on learning to being more concerned with skill proficiency. Which is a great place to be in. Completing courses and having hours and hours of learning doesn't really mean anything. The value sits in understanding employee proficiency levels

What do you like best about the product?
The spread of courses what is available in Pluralsight is outright amazing, I really enjoy learning from Pluralsight and I always suggest courses from Pluralsight to all of my colleagues and peers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the courses will not have great connect to the content, the trainer might just keep going on and on with the same point by just twisting words and explaining the same point using different words which could be a time waster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skill upgrade - cant make it simpler than that, My role requires me to upskill people on my day to day work, I enjoy using Pluralsight as it makes my life easier

Pluralsight has a wide variety of technology training available, with lab exercises and video content available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be great to be able to interact with the instructor(s) and ask questions with quick feedback. But that's not really what Pluralsight is about. It is on-demand content, whenever, wherever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technology training can be expensive. Pluralsight Skills fills the gap of being able to provide training to multiple people on their own schedules. I can provide access to the sight and let the team determine when they are able to actually take a class.
Robust training solution for any technologist
What do you like best about the product?
Depth and breadth of topics covered in their catalog, as well as the ability to benchmark my skills against the industry through their skills assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to take a while to get content added for newer technologies, or for updates to be made to older courses once updates are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our teams know where we need to focus our tech skill development by showing us how we do compared to others in our space.
Even though the course content were limited the quality of the same was very good.

The quality of the training contents along with the wide portfolio.

I would recommend having more descriptive information about the training modules. More checks for module to assess the understanding would also be useful.

Pluralsight is helping me to level organization's knowledge across all team members.
Good content, not flexible for corporate demands
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assess the expertise level in specific skills (skillsIQ feature) as well as the out of the box learning paths per role. Each subject has multipleteachers
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is too high. Enterprise licensing is not flexible to adapt to business needs. In a world where people shift focus and roles quickly one would expect flexibility in licenses rotation but that was not possible.

It helps individuals developing knowledge in their areas of expertise or new ones, by allowing them to take courses content self-paced, using labs to practice skills in a risk-free environment and taking tests to assess progress made
Using Pluralsight
What do you like best about the product?
The courses available help my team and me on day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see multiple choice on chosen courses to familiarise yourself with what you have learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few of the google courses have benefitted me in understanding the products better.
On demand training resource
What do you like best about the product?
It gives my team the resources they need to grow in capacity for their current role as well as their own personal goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited catalogue of topics from my team to choose from.

Pluralsight helps me provide on-demand training for my team to fill knowledge gaps left with new hires or new projects.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of courses that are available on pluralsight has meant that we are able to to train our in house IT and Digital services team on the platforms they will be using and also continue to innovate by developing new skills
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't yet found any dislikes, we signed up for the basic plan initially so don't get access to the labs but the ability to work on those skills in a test enviroment is invaluable.
