What do you like best about the product?
Quality training, ability to create learning paths, Skill IQ assessments, team structure, employees in multiple teams, labs
What do you dislike about the product?
ITIL training is additional cost and clunky to implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides structured learning that can be curated and allocated to employees. We also get a view on skill levels.

Great Resource for Skills Building
What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight has robust and quality content so it applies to many areas of our business as a helpful, on the job learning tool. We love the Skill IQ feature for measuring progress on skills over time. This has been a great motivational tool for our employees. Mostly, we love the partnership withour team at Pluralsight. They are champions for learning and are fantastic at helping us roll out strategic learning initiatives to drive engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know they've acquired a few other systems/platforms over the years and it would be great to see those partnerships integrated into the platform more seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skills measurement and skill inventory for our teams.
Pluralsight Skills is an engaging platform to use for upskilling!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the learning is easily accessible and consumable, especially when there is not enough time in the day to sit down and learn, but the platform makes it simple to use and helps foster a culture of learning and making it a habit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's still a lack of softer skills in the content. I understand that technical upskilling is the main focus of the platform, however, soft skills are still critical to the workplace and having more courses on improving soft skills could really make a difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it to better my own skills, technical and soft, which have been applicable to how I perform my work. It has also helped me create a learning community in my organization so that our associates are encouraged to keep improving their skills and continue learning in the ever-changing market.
Exceptional Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight has high quality course content, providing in depth learning across various technologies. Skill IQ is my favorite as it tailors custom learning plans to your profiency levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better analytics and reporting for reporting up the chain to leadership
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have skills gaps that we are trying to solve for and as we continue to identify our current technical skills across our company we can leverage Pluralsight to help address those challenges

Very detailed Insights on to the engineering metrics and the visibility around the technology skills and roles that are required for the developers to maximize thier efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Content library and training offered. Covers lots of the needed skills for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. Enjoyed it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps our DevOps team get up to speed quickly and stay on top of relevant technology. Up-leveling skills and refreshers on current skills.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it recommends content based on your profile. I also really like the hands-on labs as an addition to skills. It's extremely productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downsides to Pluralsight. Maybe the cost, however I believe you get what you pay for and Pluralsight is well worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to upskill our staff in the area of AWS.
Stable format, engagine AI
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is rather intuitive and continues with enhancements. It provides the basic needs and has an appealing UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to get expensive to make customizations and not always functional or feasible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great at online, remote candidates and study as available. Ensures compliance needs and technical skills are progressing across the company.
Pluralsight is a great asset for developing skills in the IT team.
What do you like best about the product?
It has thousands of courses from very recognized tech authors and very useful tools that can help the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
From our perspective, it needs more Skill IQ to be added.

With the platform, we have been able to offer excellent content to all development teams so that they can work on increasing their mastery of the technology they use.
