Why I love Pluralsight
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to utlize Pluralsight to help my Qa team skill up and prepare them to become software engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they change the UI frequently and makes it hard to demonstrate when things are changing under my feet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping Qa and BA traditional folks skill up and prepare for a role of software engineer

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pluraldight how easy and quick it is to get access thousands of courses to help me become a better engineer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pluralsight is great, I wouldnt change anything

Making more reactive and user friendly sites

Just give it a try, you wont regret it

A lack of entry-level content in some of the software development languages we teach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for self-led training of faculty, staff, and students. Students (especially those with some IT experience) are able to quickly pick up new concepts and technologies by following along with interactive tutorials and videos.

Love the ability to learn new skills. I like that I get to choose where to learn and how to use it.

Nothing, it's great. Pluralsight is great, so I don't have any issues.

Learning technologies to get my job done. Being able to figure out skills that we need to get what we are working on done.

nothing to dislike other than the app not working correctly for me to scan the Sponsor Crawl

What do you like best about the product?
PluralSight has the largest collection of IT related courses I have had the pleasure of having access to. If I'm a beginner in a new-to-me technology, they have courses to get me up and running. If I'm at an intermediate or expert level, they have courses to help me skill up further. They release new classes faster than I can complete them; there is always something new to learn!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to stay focused when watching videos for an hour or two at a time if there is no interaction. Small quizzes or something similar to keep me engaged would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber Security is very important, but sometimes hard to visualize as a developer who isn't in security full time. The security related courses are very helpful to help me keep up with what parts of my web apps may have vunerabilities and how someone might take advantage of them.

Sometimes it’s laggy, but I gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
There are training courses on a ton of different topics. The courses have a consistent feel about them. The trainers are very knowledgeable and stay very current on topics, even on those that change quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the courses may not feel sequential. They are often small micro courses instead of a full topic A-Z; this could be a bonus to some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got my own license to Pluralsight when I was looking for a job to brush up sn the skills I needed to interview and get a software engineering job. It was super helpful. Now work provides the license and is an invaluable resource. I have used the training to learn new skills as technology changes and to become a better developer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have free trials. Give it a try to see if it works for you. They have a ton of topics, make sure to search for topics you may not always look for, you might find a gem.

I like the available content and topics with courses for beginners to expert.

Nothing so far! It's taking effort to have the team adopt the tool.

Providing an opportunity for my team and I to learn new skills to help with our daily work.
