What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good company which provides a great service, with a paid and free version depending on your needs. With the free version you get great service just less file storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any bad comments to say about their service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us reach our target customers and sell our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Can easily categorize text, audio, video, and images to be used for Machine Learning and enables us to have a higher quality in our training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to predefine and required multiple iterations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ML algorithms to detect issues and propose workable solutions
