East set up, great support
It only took me about half an hour to get bucketAV up and running, and most of that time was just waiting on AWS to spin up!
A few days after installation, I had a question about the CloudWatch alarm systems, and the team at bucketAV got back to me in 15 minutes and walked me through the issue in no time.

We recently installed BucketAV with the Quarantine and Reporting add-ons. The installation process was very easy. Since the installation, I have had a couple of questions about the product and Michael has responded quickly each time. The FAQ page is full of helpful information and where you will find the add-ons.
Stable and cost-optimized product
BucketAV is a well implemented and cost-optimized product regarding the use of AWS Services. Using auto-scaling with step adjustments, spot instances and also VPC Endpoints with 1 NatGw reduce the costs of the deployment. Cloudformation is very well implemented with lot of parameters and conditions to configure and customize the deployment. People behind the software are also incredible, responding with a new feature for your requirement in the same day.

Simple solution and fantastic support
I found this solution to be really straightforward and it worked well out of the box. I sent two questions to the support email address and received useful responses right away both times. I'd highly recommend it.
Solid solution
bucketAV solution is exactly what our project was looking for. Really simple setup, fluent documentation, flexible configuration and fast support via email. Totally recommended at least to try it.

I need an antivirus for my website that automatically scans a file when someone uploads a file to S3 then emails me the result. This does the work perfectly!
And the support is superb! I was unclear with some settings and specifications but their response was fast and helpful.
Easy set and add on support to scan S3 bucket
We installed bucketAV product based on the set up guide and got stuck to integrate them to our service. Customer support team was very responsive and help to fix the issue immediately.
They have a few add-ons which was very easy to add on with our own custom functionality and help us to complete our task easily

We needed an easy-to-deploy solution for on-demand virus scanning for some of our S3 buckets and this one met all our needs.
We needed to ensure that all the processing of files took place within our AWS organization and we needed a configuration that was fully transparent and configurable, and bucketAV met our criteria. We stood up a proof-of-concept version in less than 45 minutes and were able to modify the configuration to work exactly the way we wanted it to.
When we discovered a potential issue with the virus scanning and our custom application, I reached out to the bucketAV support team with a question and received a response within a few hours. In just one day, they provided beta code for us to test to address our issue (which worked perfectly for us) and within a few weeks they added this option to their production code, available to everyone else.
We are very happy with the solution itself and very happy with the support we have received. We are now running bucketAV in our production environment.
