Easy set and add on support to scan S3 bucket
We installed bucketAV product based on the set up guide and got stuck to integrate them to our service. Customer support team was very responsive and help to fix the issue immediately.
They have a few add-ons which was very easy to add on with our own custom functionality and help us to complete our task easily

great product, great service
We needed an easy-to-deploy solution for on-demand virus scanning for some of our S3 buckets and this one met all our needs.
We needed to ensure that all the processing of files took place within our AWS organization and we needed a configuration that was fully transparent and configurable, and bucketAV met our criteria. We stood up a proof-of-concept version in less than 45 minutes and were able to modify the configuration to work exactly the way we wanted it to.
When we discovered a potential issue with the virus scanning and our custom application, I reached out to the bucketAV support team with a question and received a response within a few hours. In just one day, they provided beta code for us to test to address our issue (which worked perfectly for us) and within a few weeks they added this option to their production code, available to everyone else.
We are very happy with the solution itself and very happy with the support we have received. We are now running bucketAV in our production environment.

Easy and fast to deploy, flexible configuration settings, clear and detailed documentation and lot of useful add-ons that are easy to install to.

Excellent support
Anti-virus works well. Cloudformation templates are fully featured offering enough configurability to tune to our environment. They have a few add-ons that proved to be good templates to implement our own custom functionality on top of.
In additional we reached out to support to implement a feature that we used ugly hacks to work around. They incorporated it into the Cloudformation template fairly quickly.
Easy to set up and gain confidence
We installed the product and got set up really quickly. Our S3 buckets are now being scanned automatically and we are feeling a lot more confident about the security of our user-uploaded files.
Great Product !
We onboarded Widdix is one of the critical environments to meet the need for Antivirus on S3 and move away from traditional AV and mount-based scans. The overall implementations and configuration were relevantly smooth. We did a couple of tests to make sure it's meet the need and been amazing to watch through the scaling capacity with ASG which allowed us to copy over TB's of data successfully.
Easy to use, fast, great support
I use this virus scan solution in a multi account setup, triggering the scan manually for select files.
Scans are super fast, really robust solution, no problems so far.
I had a few questions regarding integration in my existing infrastructure - the guys from widdix responded very quick with useful information. Integration took just a few hours!

Works great and scales well. Integrated well to our services. Team that supports the product is always staying up to date on the latest features and tries to incorporate feature requests. Love using VirusScan so far.
Fast and easy to use
We needed a anti-virus solution to scan our files on s3.
This for new files and on a regular basis the entire bucket.
This solution works right out of the box, hooking up multiple buckets and accounts without issue. Depending on the size and multitude of items to be scanned you can adjust scaling and instance size.
There is a nice cloudwatch dashboard where you can track everything.
Developers also communicate fast and have made changes that we needed.

great product - easy to use - great support
We have been using this solution for the last few months and have scanned north of 3 million attachments uploaded to s3.
Monitoring works well and the ability to set the ec size and scaling has kept costs very reasonable.
With the SQS integration, it was very easy to plug into our existing application and workflow.
Developer was able to assist with some early questions and was very helpful and responsive!
