Maybe lack of real time customer support

Being able to track our BATM progress in a much easier way.

Sisense provides lot of flexibility while creating the data models which is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Releases could be more stable by fixing the bugs properly in a mannered way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing the anlytics to our end customer and they are liking it.
Sisense is amazing tool for analyze and monitor your organization data.

The easiness in developing the cubes backend

There is mismatches between backend and frontend from time to time, and the SQL are missing some very useful methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly analyze revenue trends and behaviors, but we also try to predict future trends with Sisense, and we like the prediction tools of Sisense, that not exist in other platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is Very easy to learn and to teach others! So the implementation will not be so hard.

Ability to flex data for each individual department

What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Sisense is the ability to customize the data you're looking to show. As far as a reporting tool, it's one of the best I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that can be improved about Sisense the most is the speed of querying tables - specifically pivot tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we've solved is the ability to drill down to very detailed data from a high-level aggregate view.

Support: They assume that everything is complete without further verifying if your issue is really resolved.

Live data feeds. Being able to call upon our database immediately.

It's simple to play with the data, create different visuals and change options

Getting the data in is very hard. I can't just upload from my access database- it's a whole process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to create a report that my clients can use and interact with. I'm midway through the project but I foresee more client engagement.
