Very simple yet detailed in the options you can use to customize your work
What do you like best about the product?
i like the way it flows in dashboard creation
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice to have more sizing and formatting options with margins, gridlines, axis', etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for more efficient labor force with reps on customer service calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
similar to Tableau at a fraction of the cost.
Sisense combine multiple data sources
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is able to pull multiple data sources into one Elaticube and they provide all the connectors that I can think of. Sisense has very nice and easy to use web interface. Business users able to create simple dashboards on their own. I like the Live Connect the most, it solve some of the performance issue that we have on the very large table in the Elasticube. Sisense always add new features. The Sisense support is good, they always response in a reasonable time and most of they can help to solve the problem that we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the new versions released with some bugs that prevent us from upgrading to the new version, hope Sisense can improve the QA and release with less major bugs. Sisense can handle large datasets, but still has performance issue for very large datasets, we are having performance issue when table has over 800 million records. instead of spend most of the time on new cool features, Sisense also should spend more time on improve the product itself and make it more usable and add more basic function, even those are not fancy, but a lot of users need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense helps to improve development time and improve dashboard performance. Compare to SSRS, we use a lot less time to implement the same reports in Sisense. Sisense is easy to handle permission, it provide multiple roles so we can assign different permission to different user groups.

Sisense is easy to use and it can handle large datasets.
Overall very satisfied with the product and service.
What do you like best about the product?
The data prep/cube manager side is very intuitive and relatively easy for non-developers to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few instances of bugs, especially after upgrading versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed my colleagues and clients to analyze massive amounts of data in a clean and intuitive interface.
Great tool for easily creating clean and useful dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use! I had never been exposed to a BI tool like this before, but I was able to learn how to do basic things relatively quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say at this point. My job has been more focused on other things, so I haven't had a lot of time to do much experimenting with Sisense. I have liked what I've seen so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that I consider to be a huge benefit is the fact that the it's connected to the database so the dashboards update automatically.
A useful and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
How well it embeds into other softwares, the one click sign on works incredibly well and we are able to brand dashboards effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it effectively requires upfront knowledge, the platform whilst for the most part is straight forward to use, to get the most out of it requires a degree of expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense has enabled us to access data at a speed which was previously impossible. It has increased the productivity of my team a huge amount. We are now also able to respond far quicker to data requests from customers which is another great benefit.
Solid BI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard level filter and drill features are intuitive and work extremely well. I've used BI tools in the past where these features were either a pain to set up or didn't exist at all. Sisense's ability to filter and drill into data is amazing. Can't remember how I ever got along without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way to rotate through dashboards on the displays in our office. Currently I have to use a Google Chrome extension to cycle through URLs, which doesn't work all of the time and I have to set it up again any time there's a Chrome update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we've been able to solve are getting accurate and up-to-date data in front of our team leaders and executives. Prepping for meetings is much easier because we know the data we need is already up-to-date, there's no scrambling trying to compile data beforehand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to reach out to their support when you have issues. We've had great help from the Sisense support team. It's a great value add, so make sure to take advantage of it. They definitely want to make sure you're getting the most from their product.
Useful, Scalable, Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for our growing business. We're coming to a point where we really need better visibility of data in our company, and Sisense is quickly filling that need. The tool itself has lots of features and functions to meet your needs, and if there isn't something built natively, odds are someone has created a third party plugin to help you out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is lacking. There are great support docs, but the ticket process takes days to get responses to sometimes. Not as quick or easy as a chat bubble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our executive team needs a single source of truth to make decisions and hold people accountable. Sisense is that source for them!

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is best at visualization. Easy to create and share the reports with the end users/clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific from improvement perspective we can increase the UI experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client specific reports which refer to business as usual and implement KPI on specific modules
Fairly straight forward BI concepts with a decent documentation set
What do you like best about the product?
Modern concepts of architecture and transparent technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of configuration management and sharing concepts are not tightly integrated and at times out of sync with interface expectations. Authors and viewers may not have the same dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating dashboards and widgets for customers revenue projections and more.
Easy to use dashboarding, variety of data connectors, needs work on the back end
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is both advanced and easy. Someone with tons of experience will be happy with Sisense and can accomplish a lot. Someone with no experience can learn on the fly with ease. Their customer service reps, BI consultants, and experienced technical support are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back end data loading, ETL stuff is lacking. It's clear their focus is on the presentation side. Sisense can load data as fast as anyone else. Sisense can load a million rows faster than anyone else can load a million rows, but other tools work smarter. While Sisense is loading a million rows a more efficient tool only needs to load one thousand. Their help desk type employees aren't very effective. It typically takes an escalation to solve a problem.
