Improve out of the Box Visualization capabilities .

Centralised Analytical framework. Great flexibility to design the Applications.
Excellent performance on large datasets
What do you like best about the product?
Benchmarking Sisense against competing products demonstrated that Sisense performed much better with very large datasets. The ease of embedding widgets into web applications has also been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier rollouts of new releases could have gone smoother, but we have seen a big improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating internal dashboards and also embedding analytics into external-facing web applications. A large benefit for us is the ability to handle very large datasets.
Great experience. Very easy and intuitive to use.

The cube building is easy and data integration is smooth. Embedding is great too.

There is no easy print process for embedded dashboard.

The idea behind this is to know about the automation insights and how my entire RPA program is yielding the results. On top of this their are operations and process matrix to provide business intelligence
Moving to Sisense
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support and the Implementation teams have been wonderful. They really want us to succeed in using their product successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API documentation leaves something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to turn our internal program teams onto the idea that a dashboard is a much better way of viewing data than looking at hundreds or thousands of rows of an Excel sheet. The user interface of Sisense is very intuitive and has helped drive this effort home to our user base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to obtain recordings of or record all sessions with the implementation teams. You will need to review when Sisense quits working.
Sisense Experience Review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of importing a custom query when access to the source database is read only.
What do you dislike about the product?
No failsafes to save work in progress. Model redraws and repositions when entering and leaving custom query editor. Lose ability to explore table columns when in custom query editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems and enabling better decision making for our clients. Benefits vary from client to client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend a good deal of time understanding the capabilities of this tool and know that it best serves your business intelligence and analytical needs when you optimally model your data before importing it into a cube. Sisense is not a data warehouse for dumping data and modeling it later.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making dashboards and reports. There are a large number of widgets available. Sisense also supports a large number of formulas that make it easy to get to fairly complex metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard management. It is difficult to know what exists, who it is shared with, etc. We have struggled in keeping track of who has created what dashboards and finding an easy way to distribute them to members of the org. Because of this, we also struggle with duplicated efforts. Multiple designers have created dashboards intended to answer the same question simply because they didn't know one already existed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to research operational issues, trend analysis, overall business health, pulse alerts for possible fraud. It has helped centralize our reporting into a single tool. (we still use other tools, but 80% of our organizational internal reporting is done through SiSense.) I also use it to judge the success of initiatives in my product. As we release features, we track their usage and impact through SiSense dashboards. It helps make data driven decisions rather than emotional ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure it meets your needs with dashboard management. If it does, it makes reporting really easy. It helps tell data-driven stories in an easy to understand graphical format.
Powerful Tool that allows us to gain insights on internal and external needs
What do you like best about the product?
Robust Features that allow for many different view points of data. We were looking for a solution that allowed us to gather analytics for our customers as well as internal use and Sisense checked off all of the boxes. The on boarding process took a little longer than we expected, but our assigned rep was able to help us build and design our Elasticubes to capture everything that we needed. We were able to implement Sisense within our application for easy access for external customers. I'm happy that we chose to partner with Sisense as our analytics solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat hard to format data from our enterprise software solution. We had to do a lot of data formatting within our export process from our application. There was a bit of a learning curve to get our data in the correct format, but once we had figured out how the Elasticube's work, everything became much easier for future E-Cube use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to offer our customers an embedded solution for Analytics. This has been a great success for our customers as well as internal staff. Our customers are now able to get daily insights to trends and analysis while logged into our application. Prior to this offering, customers had to use ODBC connections and create many reports they were looking for through Crystal Reports or some other utility. Sisense has been a great, modern fit for our application and the needs of our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We did our homework in searching for a solution for our Analytics platform and Sisense checked all the boxes for us. The on boarding was very helpful and the support has been top notch in our journey to offer an embedded analytics solution for our customers.
Great Place to Build BI Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
The way that you build the dashboards with your data is fairly intuitive so that you can pull additional insights out of your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of the dashboard visualizations that are not as easy as others, but once you learn the software it gets easier over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to find new ways to look at our data and present it to key stakeholders.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We had a very smooth implementation from building the Elasticube to creating the dashboards and reports. The data modeling and setup was quick and we implemented Sisense within a couple months. Changes to the data model can be made quick and easy with no assistance from Sisense.
The UX is user friendly and it's usually pretty quick to update and add new reports/dashboards. We embed the solution into our application for our customers and Sisense has a lot of flexibility with user/group based roles. Their permission system that segments the data nicely. We also like how each user can have their own custom dashboard. Overall our customers are satisfied with the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were some limitations initially with sharing reports but I believe they have added one of the main features we were waiting on. We just need to upgrade our version.

We embed Sisense into out application so we can offer robust analytics to our customers so they can see how their users and site are performing. Overall our customers are happy with the solution. We also use it to collect analytics on our customers and how they are using our application.
