Great BI tool that is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sisense to visualize data across a wide range of clients and sectors. From nonprofits to government to for profit we can rapidly deploy and display dynamic infomration that enables each organization to be a data driven organization in near real time.
The user interface and the diverse capabilities make it easy for us to deploy a high end product without need a deep team of technical experts. The platform is easily embedded in our platform for a seamless end-to-end solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Based on our use case the cost of viewer license is cost prohibitive for our nonprofit clients. However, Sisense and our account rep has been very helpful in trying to find a balance to serve the nonprofit community.
Additionally, some of the third party data connectors have led to some limitations on our data analysis. I don't attribute this to Sisense, but I would be helpful to have more robust direct data connectors to other platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense provides great data visualization across multiple data sources and companies. It is easy to deploy and maintain. We can go from unstructured data to robust business intelligence in a matter of minutes not months.

Compare with other platforms for your specific needs. Sisense is a great platform that offers robust capabilities.

We use Sisense to create looks that need to sit atop multiple datasets from diverse sources. There is a robust community sharing best practices.

Customization can be tricky but is always improving

What do you like best about the product?
Barriers for nontechnical people are low, and the widgets have a high-end, unique look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality with building complex charts (e.g. can't easily do 3 indexes on bar charts)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the front end of dashboards and the ability to drill into data. Putting together charts on the dashboards is done seamlessly. I like how they continue to upgrade and add features to their product. They truly care about your success in the platform and are flexible to help you succeed. Administrative and permission settings is very unique in a way you can restrict peoples permissions down the the table value level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing for our team was learning and continue to learn how to build the "cubes" of data and do correct joins. Betweening knowing how to setup dimension and fact tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has reduced a lot of report requests to our IT team and empowered data analysts within departments to answer their own questions without having to reach out to IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is an intuitive platform that has provided layers of business intelligence through its robust capabilities. From visualization, to data insights, to technical support, their organization has helped us leverage our internal data to improve performance across a number of operational fronts.

We had some difficulty getting past authentication for external data sources.

Sisense has helped us improve our data organization, provided us with a visual platform to view aggregate trends, and simplified our reporting.
Great tool for Quick Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Users are easily able to create reports that are meaningful without a lot of involvement from a technical resource, this saves lots of time for the technical team
What do you dislike about the product?
Native connectors to data sources like MongoDB would greatly speed development

The CENTRL platform has lots of data for privacy and Third Party Risk Management. Sisense helps enable rich reporting and business intelligence into the data.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
With the right data at hand, creating a dashboard takes no time at all, and most edits can be done on the fly, graphs are nice to look at and easy to understand

Performance and stability can vary, some more basic formatting options like reordering columns would be appreciated

We have made operational performance visible internally and with customers, allowing for more honest discussion around improving processes

Scalability, mainly regarding due to the choice of platform - Windows. There is a Linux version out there, did not have the option to work with that yet

Any change that needs development takes a long time to deploy and new releases are not always work as expected.

As an online ATS we are showing the bottlenecks and the low hanging fruits in the recruitment process.

Very fast deployment. Very easy to modify and get the needed insights inside your organization and outside

The application is user-friendly, the visual interface is great! It is super easy to onboard new users, having the training videos on the "Masters" platform is a huge advantage because it saves us 1:1 time with them.
Using Sisense has allowed us to merge data from multiple sources, and transform data into better reports.The insights that we have produced in our dashboards make us ask deeper questions about our business. It really is a great tool !

Since we have access to our databases we were able to translate/transform from one system to the other via a csv import/exports, and since we can share dashboards, other team members can take care of the process daily.
Morevoer, reports that used to take hours or even days, now with Sisense we are able to get in 5 minutes.
