Great tool for Quick Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Users are easily able to create reports that are meaningful without a lot of involvement from a technical resource, this saves lots of time for the technical team
What do you dislike about the product?
Native connectors to data sources like MongoDB would greatly speed development
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CENTRL platform has lots of data for privacy and Third Party Risk Management. Sisense helps enable rich reporting and business intelligence into the data.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
With the right data at hand, creating a dashboard takes no time at all, and most edits can be done on the fly, graphs are nice to look at and easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance and stability can vary, some more basic formatting options like reordering columns would be appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made operational performance visible internally and with customers, allowing for more honest discussion around improving processes

What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is manageable, great onboarding and support.
Stunning dashboards and widgets. New value features every iteration/version
What do you dislike about the product?
Scalability, mainly regarding due to the choice of platform - Windows. There is a Linux version out there, did not have the option to work with that yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding BI and rich reporting into our own Saas application.
Using Sisense as an internal tool as well to search for trends and new insights

What do you like best about the product?
The Agility and ease of adding data and connections and creating dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any change that needs development takes a long time to deploy and new releases are not always work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an online ATS we are showing the bottlenecks and the low hanging fruits in the recruitment process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very fast deployment. Very easy to modify and get the needed insights inside your organization and outside

What do you like best about the product?
The application is user-friendly, the visual interface is great! It is super easy to onboard new users, having the training videos on the "Masters" platform is a huge advantage because it saves us 1:1 time with them.

Using Sisense has allowed us to merge data from multiple sources, and transform data into better reports.The insights that we have produced in our dashboards make us ask deeper questions about our business. It really is a great tool !
What do you dislike about the product?
Aggregation in dashboards is not the best
SQL syntax in data model is missing some SQL functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing reports
Improving processes

Since we have access to our databases we were able to translate/transform from one system to the other via a csv import/exports, and since we can share dashboards, other team members can take care of the process daily.
Morevoer, reports that used to take hours or even days, now with Sisense we are able to get in 5 minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have your databases/replicas ready before buying Sisense preferably

What do you like best about the product?
Sinsense is an incredible tool that allows me to simplify the analysis of my equipment and process information much faster. In addition to being able to share new ideas with my team. And also to provide a good service to my customers by implementing the best data from different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is essential to present an improvement in mobile support because navigations require better function and it is quite beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sisense in our organization so that it facilitates an analysis of data to empower our customers due to the great ease of use it provides. And that is how it allows us to create Boards and GAP Analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really Sisense is great for different companies that need an interface like this, because it allows them to integrate with different data sources and obtain satisfactory results.

What do you like best about the product?
The visualizations and ease of use are the best features
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on join types in the Elasticubes, and limited report scheduling capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sisense to track our monthly progress toward pre-defined business objectives and offering our users insights into business trends and anomolies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick start-up time and some of the best visualizations I've seen in a BI tool. Dashboard designing is easy and looks slick and modern. Ability to add plug-ins to enable a multitude of cool features is a plus.

Sinsense ventures into the great world of BI

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Sinsense platform because it offers a fast, accurate and very useful customer service, its updates are annual, and web-based scripts allow unlimited customization. I also love that I can combine data from different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me a great disadvantage of this platform is that the permissions are difficult, only the owner of the folders can publish any changes, on the other hand the cubes become slow once their data grows, and the administrators at present cannot edit Other people's panels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers great benefits within which we can mention the internal analysis of all business units, as well as integrated customer-oriented reports. We solve many commercial problems related to the supply chain.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend this platform because it requires minimal supervision and compression of the database. It also fits for companies without big data, since no additional staff is needed to package and display the data in a digestible format.

Great BI tool with good implementation and constant support.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense is easy to install and configure. It is easy to use, both in data modeling and in the design aspects of the board. It is the perfect tool to quickly configure value-added panels and begin your shift towards understanding your data. It helps me to make sure I have the right data for panel designers. It also has excellent customer service and ensures that organizations make the most of their investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regardless of the problem we face, however large or small, each of them has been addressed. The Sisense team did an amazing job analyzing each problem. Which means I have no dislikes with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense is used in the organization, both to view the internal data of our accounting software and for the aggregated data collected from our software solutions implemented worldwide. For our executive and internal sales team, it addresses the visibility of sales figures and trends. For our product managers, it provides information about the use of our software and the needs that may arise. For external purposes, we provide reports to our customer base about your personal use of the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is very suitable for many small and medium sized businesses as long as the data is not too large. We use it to analyze sales, active versus canceled subscriptions, use of functions in our software, etc. For big data it becomes a problem

Easier to use than expected even with little to no SQL experience

What do you like best about the product?
Once onboarded and in the tool, it is very easy to navigate. I also like the visibility into the data and what the programming is doing. Some other tools we used I felt like I lost visibility and it was very hard to QC that what I wanted to do was actually being done correctly. Sisense does a great job at allowing the user to be able to get insights very clearly into what is happening on the backend to QC on the frontend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some more formatting features on the dashboard; minor things like fonts, being able to bold, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sisense to do Client Response Analysis. This analysis was almost impossible to do on a recurring basis because it took so long to do offline and manually. We are now able to take a report that would take 3-4 days to update it in 15 minutes. We are seeing more accuracy and a ton of time savings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the time to spend during implementation and onboarding. If you put the time in upfront the ease of use comes quickly. We had to start and stop a lot due to scheduling and work load and it made the learning curve take longer than it probably should have. Now that we're in the tool on a daily basis it does not feel intimidating or cumbersome.
