Sisense is a powerful tool and I love it bein 100% cloud based

Customized widget creation (BloX) is not intuitive.

Sisense is helping us connect multiple sources and transform it into powerfull reports.

Very good onboarding process / Having access to the right resources whom are having a great level of skill / Good abilities of integrating Sisense into an existing platform

There's currently nothing that I dislike about Sisense.

Allows me to easily access live data and track results and performance in real-time

Loading times can sometimes take bit long (up to a few minutes).

Having data displayed just the way we want, ease the analysis we have to perform.
Easy and fast to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super easy to work with. The navigation tab and icons are clean and thought through. We use it for many of our analytic dashboard needs. It was also very easy to intigrate with our current reporting software, PBI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never really had need to work with customer service but when I did once it took quite some time to resolve the issue. I wish that had gone by faster.

The customization. I appreciate the ability to customize dashboards and reports to suit their specific needs and preferences, creating tailored analytics solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity in Implementation. I found that setting up and configuring Sisense can be complex, especially for those with limited technical expertise. The initial learning curve can be steep for certain users or organizations.

UI could use some work. It's not exactly the great visually.

Easy to use for internal reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the UI is to utilize. It's great to build out internal dashboards for our business. Visuals are simple and easy to understand. It's simple to run through our reports and add filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some more out of the box customizations. Sometimes I feel limited by colors, font, etc. and I do not want to purchase add ons to modify them.

Sisense is helping us pull together data from internal tools so we can better understand our business operations.
Great BI Tool with a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The customisation with Dashboards, interactive and resourceful to identify trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to build cubes before building the dashboards; there is a learning curve.
