What do you like best about the product?
The intelligent platform is a step forward, providing a more social experience. The mobile feature will bring us to a new level of data availability that we do not offer today.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualizations are decent, but fairly basic at this point. It will be a challenge to replace what people are doing in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to information is the number issue this tool solves. Benefits are not yet clear as we are still working through the implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
With ThoughtSpot companies can monetize their data to external customers, field sales reps, distributed workforces with ease! Put the power of data in the hands of the people! ThoughtSpot's convenient "hooks" into Snowflake are AWESOME!
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally ThoughtSpot was marketed as having a "Google-like" search interface; TS has back-pedaled on that a bit. Use a reputable partner like Axis Group - Winner of Partner of the Year 2019 and 2020 -- to get the most bang for your buck from ThoughtSpot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your company wants data-driven insights FAST, ThoughtSpot delivers. It is very fast to deploy and prove value! Not all BI Tools can say that.... and it scales beautifully! So there's not a lot of risk upfront for customers.

Ease of use. Clean interface. Customers are happy to be able to access data without technical knowledge

The performance of the tool can be very slow depending on the size of the data we are loading.

I like the ease of data access for end users and them being easily able to search the data
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving formulas and reopening them can sometimes be hard to tell what field is being used if value is similar to others on same worksheet

Allows users to see more data across the company, different business groups are able to branch out easily with saved pins

ability to perform search in very simplistic way. Simple modeling. Loading process is very neat and simple.

Start with a POC, and scale from there.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly search data. Small pieces of info that would take an analyst 10 minutes is at the fingertips of anyone curious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but it’s going to be a struggle to get identical data rules to our dashboards. Also a little nervous about driving adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven’t solved anything yet, but we’re hoping to increase the volume of value add big data projects.
