Plesk was fine, did what we needed, worked as expected

There's not much to dislike about Plesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Plesk for hosting site, files, and databse. It worked reliably and reasonably priced.

Wp toolkit + plesk
What do you like best about the product?
Complete web management hosting solutions. Able to install plug-ins directly from the pledge panel. Easy to use dashboard and useful service. One of the best hosting solution I used till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just improve the customer service. Having immediate response for all the support tickets would be great.
Other than that, there is nothing else to complain about. If you are using this then you are technically capalable enough to browse through the options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used plex for one of the website which was hosted using wordpress. Plex wp toolkit is easy and yet have all the features. Just click it a button and got things done. Saves time.
Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Plesk has been positive. I like that it is a modern platform to manage your web. It is also a very easy process for setting up databases and e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it is a little expensive to upgrade to a classic antivirus. I would recommend more if the price for the subscription was a little less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk helped me run my website and email servers efficiently without hassles.
A reliable and user friendly control panel
What do you like best about the product?
Easy install, Has a great user interactive UI. Easy to host any kind of service with docker as well. Easy to host any website with ease and is very reliable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much except it can be a little overwhelming at first and it has a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have hosted a few of my own sites on Plesk and have also deployed my own MongoDB server on docker to use for my own application as well.

Nothing much here that I dislike regarding it. For beginners its a bit complex but later when you start using it you wont find it that much complex.

Good Product With Room For improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some competing products, Plesk is intuitive to navigate and use. It's one of the more established server platforms which means once you've experienced it you can transfer this knowledge to many other server/service providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole it's a solid product, but it does have some quirks and can be a little hard to figure out how to perform certain tasks. This is especially true of the type of setting you would normally set once and leave alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a provider of web hosting and related VPS's Plesk offers a fairly intuitive interface to what would otherwise be a tedious set of system critical processes.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things that I like about Plesk is that its variety of tools and features that are important and essential for a person to manage a website. From security options to backups and updates, Plesk has almost all the things that I need to keep my website running smoothly. Apart from that the customer support team at Plesk is also excellent. Whenever I have had any issues, they have been quick to respond and have always been able to help me resolve my problems.

There are no such things that I dislike about the Plesk, all my requirements are matched.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use control panel and easy-to-navigate interface is the number one reason I suggest Plesk to new comers and people who are just getting started with custom solutions for website hosting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people may find Plesk expensive, and it lacks some advanced features when compared with other WebOps and hosting platforms in the market. Another thing to note is that Plesk does not offer a single site license.

Plesk helps us to easily manage our company and client websites with ease. Plesk makes it easy to run and manage websites without having to touch codes often. Overall an easy way to manage multiple websites.
Easy and complete panel to handle
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike its big competitor cpanel, plesk consumes less resources and has all the easier administration options to do; without having to go elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more cloud options to back up sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily manage my websites in a linux environment; no need for complex knowledge or hiring a server administrator
Good and getting better Hosting Panel
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the hosting panel and in general, the way the interface contains the mostly used functions. Additionally it has been getting much better so I like the way constant updates are being pushed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I was used to using Cpanel instead of plesk sometimes the management tasks are not clear for me. Fortunately, this has gotten better in the past years and I think the improvements to the UI really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the fact that other people in my team with less experience with server management can run the regular administration functions for our clients. Also I like the fact that using a UI like the one on Plesk avoids some mistakes that might be done when using CLI / SSH to manage.
