Excellent easy-to-use server management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like Plesk because it is excellent software that allows me to efficiently manage our server applications, is very intuitive and easy to use, and it has functions for many technologies and therefore can be installed on Linux and Windows. I also like the WordPress toolkit. Plesk delivers on what it promises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs improvement because it is sometimes difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to administer web hosting control panels and to administer our websites, and everything is going great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plesk is the hosting management software you need in your company; it is probably the most economical and capable of meeting your needs.

Perfect Credential Management System with Functional Collaboration Tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Pesk easy of interface configuration is what i like most and data encryption functionality. The solution provides amazing Cloud services which enables effective access control management and easy server management functions.
The system provides a free trial for the new users and also excellent training via documentation and even through live online and technical is reliable at all time.

Plesk never raise issues that i can report because even getting used is an easy process to all user with a little IT understanding and the quality offered is profitable.

Quite excellent and easy collaboration platform with secure data encryption functionalities and even on server management Plesk is fantastic and the tool dashboard is clean.
Easy Website management
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk is a great tool for managing multiple websites from a single dashboard. It is a potent tool with a lots of features, allowing to do a lot more with the website. You can run updates and Monitor perfomance from the plesk panel. The best part of the service is that it helps you prevent and recover from all kinds of Attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviews for Extensions are missing to choose the correct extension. Openlitespeed is not supported by Plesk but supports Litespeed paid version is supported. Anti virus is available at additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We Managed all our websites and DNS on the Plesk panel. It's very easy to do it from a single point of control. WordPress toolkit helps to keep websites away from Malware attacks.

What I like the most about Plesk is its user interface, which is very understandable and versatile, making it easy to use. It is a very flexible tool, and I like the quick database search and its compatibility with Windows and Linux. Without a doubt, it is great software.

All its functions work perfectly, so I have no problem with Plesk.

The panel is developed with a user-friendly UI that is simple to understand, most of our clients aren’t considered tech-savvy, as such, having a panel that is easy to understand plays a fundamental role.
Not only does it help to reduce the number of support requests for panel assistance but it empowers our clients to be independent to try for themselves first.

As a provider, we find the panel useful. There is nothing in particular that we find displeasing or dislikeable.

Panel with a great GUI & User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the GUI of the Panel. Earlier when other panels were looking odd and a bit confusing Plesk was the Panel that gave us a user-friendly interface. I was very impressed with the loading speed when u compare it with the leading Panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
But what I don't like is the user expectations as it is not more flexible and lacks detail.

I was providing the user interface for a Windows Server for our Web Hosting Clients.

Plesk will be the best choice for Windows Servers as we were using and our entire Clients felt so easy in operating it.
Absolutely Loved Plesk

Plesk was very easy to install and use from the beginning. Our User loved it as it was very intuitive from the beginning.
We mostly used to host multiple WordPress sites, which we install and maintain right from Plesk. We used it with Linux Centos and worked like a charm.

I don't have anything in particular that I dislike as I would use it in the future as my first choice for hosting panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installing WordPress sites and managing them from the console is awesome.
I loved that I was able to Set up sites very fast and install a CSM or an Ecommerce site very fast.

Possibly the easiest control panel for web
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use - Plesk handles setting up instances, managing wordpress, server hardening / security like magic. Even creating a new wordpress instance is now automated including creation, installation of select plugins/themes, etc. Docker integration has been a great help in easily adding certain webapps to the server with little work at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advertisements - there are many paid plugins available for Plesk and they have no qualms about reminding you every step of the way. Thankfully, this can be disabled with a few lines of code, but it's still a tad annoying when you pay for the product. Occasionally when there's updates to PHP - for example - you'll run into glitches trying to do anything but Plesk support is VERY responsive and robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several client's websites and wordpress instances is now easy as pie. Even migrating from one provider to another is automated with Plesk. Keeping security tight and updates installed is almost instantaneous now, which is a great benefit to any user.

For hosting single website Plesk is slightly expensive compared to its competitors.

With Plesk, we have reduced our server management cost by 60%. It is more affordable with all the great features.
