What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, We should have a complete CCAAS OFFERINGS in place from VERINT

What do you like best about the product?
That we can run the whole staffing agency with this software because we are a telecommunications company as well. And we offer jobs to people that are willing to take calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike quite yet. But I am new to the software to so I need a little more time to play around abs service with it. Then I can leave a better review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest we are using it for everything! We have increased our recruitment because there is a percentage that we have to meet everyone month and week. So we have been able to track it and stay on track.
Verint is very useful.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how helpful Verint is for viewing your schedule and your performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Verint is how the coding for Performance Management is constantly changing.

I am not solving any problems with Verint.

What do you like best about the product?
Self sufficient program. Allows all employees to effectively communicate and understand schedules, reports and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a delay in reflecting changes made when requesting time off or any schedule changes made by user vs admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the scheduling issues are resolved, reported and organized in the system.

Excellent use for all levels in the company to maintain and obtain necessary information.
Verint Makes My Job So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to see my schedule and adherence to that schedule with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to see the variances in my adherence down to the minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that Verint allows me to stay on top of the things I need to throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
Verint actually shows the adherence and it helps with maintaining accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that a legitimate status mishap will show up as nonadherence but the team is good at correcting this now before it becomes a problem to even ask about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem solving is needed in Verint itself. The benefits of Verint that I have realized over time is again, the improvement of one's accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to see my performance ratings and numbers, whenever I need to. I like the fact that I don't have to wait for a supervisor to show me my scores. It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works well for the most part, but I don't like how the stats don't update in real time. It seems as though it's a delay, at least on my end with my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me where I need to improve and where I am as far as metrics. It helps me keep pace with my metrics without having to ask someone how I'm doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It';s a great tool to use, it's easy to use, and it's easy to understand. Just wish it had real-time up to the minute stats.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to measure and track the metrics to measure performance - and the visualizations make it all the more better and helps making planning process better by diverting the resources where they are required in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating individual graphs could get a bit tricky, or might require specialized training. Additionally, if you want to make full use of the software - you might need to integrate it with other tools that enhance learning

using it to maintain transparency in the process, view employee’s performance over a period of time and help assign learning goals and training session on individual basis based on areas of development.
