A great monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user-friendly UI. A lot of features and easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, i have not found any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for server monitoring and system-level metric monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to drill down on APM and get insights about our metrics (CPU, network, errors, etc). it support various integration agents (we mainly use python and ruby). we use this tool heavily on our production servers
What do you dislike about the product?
for non technical persons, the dashboards may look scary at the beginning with all of the fields and metrics but after a while it's o.k (learning curve)

monitoring our production servers. it find us many insights like errors, slowness, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
Datadog doesn't have mobile support. If there is an app for Datadog, it would become quite handy and II wouldn't have to carry my laptop everywhere.

the best this its supporting the postgres data base which is good for monitoring the data base easy to user , if we face any issue customer support is good. ease of integration to data base there is so many feature available in for monitoring the data base and server and appalication. easy implementation we can monitor all server and application with the help of data Dog. we can use it frequentrly for monitoring the services.

nothing to dislike. but some time support is tacking some time to reply

Datadog is reasonably priced compared to other options on the market. It provides a comprehensive set of features to track errors on your app, monitor user behavior, and gather data on your user experience.

Personally, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Datadog yet!

Datadog allows us to handle outages and incidents on our website swiftly. Our engineering team has gotten way more efficient at responding to these incidents and deploying a quick fix.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Datadog is that it provides real-time insights into our cloud and system infrastructure. It has a Watchdog insight that is capable of using AI and ML to detect any errors in the company's infrastructure. The customization of the dashboards and metrics is very amazing, and we can easily integrate it with almost all the popular applications available in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost is very high compared to other monitoring platforms, and it is very new to the market. We are not able to get much documentation and learning of the tools and the advanced features. The data storage is very limited; we can only view data for a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datadog helps us to reduce time in finding the error in the system. The real-time alerting helps us to investigate the error which can lead to a large impact and can result in outages of the system. We get all the monitoring features in one place: APM monitoring, log monitoring, synthetics monitoring, and a lot more in one place.
Costly product but very easy to use.

It is user friendly application which helps users to get logs and other details of each step of ongoing activity. It shows whether the process pass or fail. If failed then which step has error. It gives detail of each step of end to end process.

I didn't find any flaw. This is perfectly fine for me.

Priding , the pricing seems to be a "little" hard to understand and someetime you get overwhelmed by it , mainly with the log management solution that can suffer peaks

basically all , easier to find issues in dev and qa , faster debug of production issues , and the watchdog raises things that we didn't even think to check; it's an all-around platform
