What do you like best about the product?
Stellar support team and intuitive reports. LOOKER / Analytics is the real star of the show- giving unfettered access to the ins and outs of our daily business, i would not be able to survive at work without Analytics reporting within Singlecomm
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed at which new features are added to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end telephony provider for our center. They provide the scripting tools and a solid CRM which meets our needs. Analytics by Singlecomm drives the reporting at our center.

Everything is together no switching screens and it is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
To often a call echos, to often a call gets delayed feed back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only using one screen , combined sales with phone

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate software with time logs, call records, and various settings for being in different projects at work.I like that customers can leave a review
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches (not frequently at all). I've experienced two agents answering the same call, audio issues, and getting stuck in disposition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swiftly answering customer inquiries via phone call, getting customer feedback, managing time in calls and disposition, and having a database of prior calls
