SingleComm - Incredibly user friendly and helpful platform

What do you like best?
My favorite feature of SingleComm is absolutely its analytics and reporting tool, Looker. I no longer have to rely on and wait for IT/development project queues; rather, I am able to take reporting into my own hands and build exactly what I need and want to see. Everything is customizable with metrics and fields specific to my own accounts, specific scripts and offers, and set up to display/visualize in a way that makes the most sense for my client's needs and requests.
What do you dislike?
I really don't have any complaints with SingleComm at this point. As a new company in the space, I have seen them roll out and implement so many new features and changes as soon as they receive feedback from clients; that kind of attention to requests and client needs is rare, let alone able to be realized and turned around so quickly. It really has made me feel like they want to be a serious player in this space and truly value their product; and the value their product can bring to the table.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The primary benefit to using SingleComm is that it makes managing my accounts so much easier, and don't have to navigate between multiple different platforms for scripting, reporting, and call routing as call center technology historically forced companies to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fully utilize all of the resources and account specialists you have at your disposal; don't be afraid to ask them questions and make suggestions on how SingleComm's features could help your business.
