What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and administer, can scale well beyond our needs... Quality & workforce management built in. Powerful and well-documented API. Solid architecture. Competitive pricing. HIPAA compliance. New features deployed on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support and Implementation services have improved but still not where we need them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a 4 month ROI and have modernized our contact center with the ability to now serve customer over all channels.

What do you like best about the product?
PureCloud is an excellent tool for any company that wants to manage its own callcenter. In it it is possible to carry out all the monitoring of the operation, to realize the creation of campaigns, queues, groups of attendances, script of operators and even IVR. It is a complete and very easy to use tool. With an excellent support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only weakness of PureCloud is the reports. If you need to follow-up more closely through the performance report of your operation, PureCloud leaves something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to keep our customers happy with the use of the platform. The performance of customers is satisfied with the performance of the tool and the service provided through it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this application, because it has allowed us to have a better relationship with customers, since now we can offer you the option to communicate in a more open, versatile way, giving them the flexibility that they can do it whenever they want and from the device. of your taste.

This platform is very good and complete because it has combined techniques, options, very skilled tasks and very useful for our company, I am pleased that we can use the inspection in real time to reduce our deficiencies and satisfy our customers, it is very fast to know what is the problem and how to solve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started using PureCloud, we noticed deficiencies in its technical support, but this has been improved to such an extent that we now love it, this shows how efficient it can be, and the constant growth of this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this program we can have the confidence that any challenge that presents itself in the company, Pure Cloud is up to the task, its work has been really effective, its improvements are continuous and excellent, exceeding each update.

This platform has been a fundamental part in the continuous improvement of our company, as well as providing an excellent service, reflected in the growth of our sales, marketing and business image.

In addition, thanks to its API service, it can be easily integrated with other applications and its statistics have been a very useful tool in business meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purecloud is a very complete software, which brings together many skills and functions really efficient, which make our customers have an excellent experience to prefer, in addition to forging my company, a more productive and trained.

Easy and scalable!

What do you like best about the product?
Purecloud is extremely easy to use, and manage. It scales perfectly, for any organization. And we don't have to lift a finger, to update or maintain our telephony anymore. Great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The purecloud platform is still under heavy development. This is noticeable, as some functions are in pipeline, and not yet release. We look forward to these releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agents have a more fluent work routine, and we have cut off systems and interactions with other systems - as these are handled in purecloud now.

We can also provide better integrations between our multiverse of systems.

Check out the appFoundry. Lots of (required) additions to the purecloud platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to automate our calls so our people can focus on what's important, our students. For an agent, the UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had an issue for well over a month and have been unable to call about a quarter of our leads. This is a significant issue that we've been working on with Genesys and our partner, but have not had a solution. Genesys has been slow to respond to this and other issues. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PureCloud makes it easier for us to reach out to leads quickly, within 2 minutes at most from completing a form. Our team can focus on customer experience instead, and we can monitor the teams performance to ensure quality service.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy to deploy and has an easy to use initial set of functionality. Companies can then build on the initial set of functionality as they gain confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
ui is a bit confusing and not consistent with other interfaces. A bit of work on a consistent ux design would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
new implementations so starting with the basics for our clients and then will add on functionality as we go.

No mention of what type if Support is available.

Support documentation. When we ask for help we don’t get the level of service we expect.
