What a change in how we can handle our customers!

What do you like best about the product?
That it's a standardized system that doesn't require a developer, it's all configuration and continuously being improved every week, just like an iphone for updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to connect it with Salesforce, the new Salesforce External Routing process, because then you need SF Developers, which you then lose all the benefits available in GC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workforce management is one of the most significant benefits for the company; forecasting and schedule automation has been excellent. Especially having the Tempo App for agents engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything a user needs, minus the user's data, is all right there, ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a page back-and-forth between tasks; navigation could be a little smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MS Azure AD Premium for Genesys Cloud was part of a Microsoft Specialization course. It taught me how to utilize the Azure services, which were useful for the course & will be in the future.

Incredible Experience with SKype

What do you like best about the product?
It is separate platform where we make business contacts. We can chat with them and schedule meeting with the help of skype calls. Overall best experience with skype. You can do free video calls on skype. Also you ca screen with other person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people calls on skype without any permission... which disturbs us. Also, some people do spam messages on skype. One more thing we can't find people on skype easily. Sometimes we are unable to find some skype ids.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a two-in-one platform where you can chat and schedule meeting via voice or video calls. You can share files, pictures, videos, gifs etc. You can also share screen on video calls, so no need to download another app for video confressing.

The system sometimes lags in between thats the only concern really.

What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing was easy and separated nicely. Internal comments and external replies are a nice option to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
With external replies, it did not show all contacts the message was sent to (for cc) after the message was sent and was difficult to find looking through old tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a good solution for the ticketing system to ensure every ticket was properly completed and responded to while keeping everything in one place and saving support time.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is agile; everything works smoothly without delays or outages. All the necessary information is available on the home page, I like the exceptionally user-friendly interface.

I haven't found any downsides so far. This system is the best one I dealt with over my career at support.

Ensures seamless communication flow between my customers and me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting aspect of Genesys. I can pull a lot of reports for the nurses as well as the intake representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often disconnected calls or dropped calls. There is sometimes difficulty with conference calls and transfers. Some of the issues are related to internet issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become web-based which helps with screen recording and reporting.
