What do you like best about the product?
We are in the process of migrating to the cloud version of Genesys. We look forward to the added benefits of having a cloud based phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are so excited for the added capabilities of using the cloud and integrating other tech to enhance our authentication system.

Moving from on premise phone system.

What do you like best about the product?
Genesys Cloud CX is a practical touch middle answer that reinforces operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Its person-pleasant interface enables seamless administration of client interactions across diverse channels. With Genesys Cloud CX, we deliver pinnacle-notch customer support at each touchpoint. The cloud-based structure guarantees scalability without compromising performance. Integration with third-party apps simplifies tactics and advanced capabilities like conversational AI and intelligent routing decorate agent effectiveness and client happiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trouble with Genesys Cloud CX is the limit on having a couple of segments inside a license. This hinders the utility's usability and creates drawbacks when operating with multiple features. Another difficulty is the put-off in establishing chat windows, leading to the accidental beginning of a couple of home windows for the identical man or woman's communication. Even as this prevalence is occasional, it can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it became turning into very difficult to carry for managers to song what engineers were telling to purchasers and how much time he is taking of their reactions. even as integrating Genesys Cloud CX with our platform, everything may be tracked, and a few customers informed us that our response SLA had been advanced

What do you like best about the product?
This application offers a one centre platform for all communication outlets for customers where all calls, messages, emails and social media are combined into one spot that you can easily access.
It's an application that is multifunctional,intuitive, easy and simple to navigate. Through this product, you can track the CSR calls,handle time and ASA. Another aspect is the ability to project the pure cloud summary screen across various systems. By allowing clients to have options and choose their mode of communication is totally a plus to this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really much to dislike about this software but I could preferably request any possibility of integration with other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through this application,it has been easier to manage the activities of agents as well as changing the flows on our own. The quality of calls has greatly improved.

What do you like best about the product?
•Channels like email,chat and voice has improved customer interactions.
•It has promoted business growth as they can get feedbacks from customers with ease, therefore leading to service improvement making it a productive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disliking the software won't be easy as it's developing rapidly and optimizations are done regularly,hoping that in future it will be even more reliable than now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good tool for businesses that appreciate having interactions with there customers,by doing that productivity is achieved.
It also has a good and open documentation center.
I liked its features too.

What do you like best about the product?
Genesys cloud cx is the best in the world cloud contact center platform that has always been of great help to our business. One of its advantages is its flexibility and scalability and it is highly customizable to fit your expectations. It is always up-to-date and it's easy and fast to deploy with very minimal effort. Overall, i like its performance and to be sincere, it's rare to find such an incredible platform without delays and with clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genesys cloud cx is actually what we have been looking on a cost effective way of communicating. I also recommend it to all sizes of businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Genesys cloud cx supports outstanding and exceptional features such as;
1. Speech analytics.
2. Proactive notifications.
3. Conversational marketing.
4. Social customer service and contact center workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very much pleased with the great performance and progress of Genesys cloud cx. It supports outstanding and exceptional features such as;
Workforce management.
Forecasting.
Screen recording.
Reporting and voicemail.
It's so user-friendly, easy to understand and very easy to use.
Very easy to set up Artificial Intelligence which does the required job perfectly and smoothly.
It is very easy and fast to deploy with minimal effort and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call quality drops and reports which are generated can be a bit confusing.
Limitation of tools and reporting to those not operating within the call group.
Nothing much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the advantages of Genesys cloud cx is that it is very easy to use.
It is very easy to develop custom solutions.
I love the ability to make changes in response to outside factors.

Genesys to be used easily but price no an eco friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Genesys cloud cx is a great and robust tool that is highly customizable to suit your needs and it solves a variety of problems.
It supports all options, text, email and in call.
It is one of the best application which we use freely and it provides lot of features like reporting, voice mail, screen recording, forecasting etc.
It's an amazing platform and it has improved our work agility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge i have ever encountered is that sometimes the call quality drops but this happens rarely so it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Genesys cloud cx is a great platform for group connection.
It has a very responsive, always available technical support team.
I love the fact that all messages are connected to emails which makes it super easy to retrieve and discover the discussion.
It works pretty well from home using laptop and mobile phone.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has helped us in improving our customer experience. The chatbot feature in the tool enables self-assistance. This has been really helpful in our case. The real-time reporting of data from the tool has helped us in delivering personalized customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has multiple features and functionalities which might take some time for the users to get acquainted. But it is very easy to work with once you get used to it.

Genesys Cloud CX is helping us in improving our customer experience by connecting with the customers and delivering personalized communication to them. This has really improved our customer service ability.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent cc platform. It helped us a lot during the pandemic.
It's highly customizable and solves a variety of problems.
It has all options in call, email, and text, and due to this, we were able to collaborate during the pandemic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very good, but you cannot integrate it with other prominent software which was a letdown for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like every other software, it has some letdowns, but it acted as a very usable software during the pandemic and helped us to be as productive as we were in the office.
