What do you like best about the product?
Skype for business is an important asset to use in a business setting. Not everyone has Facetime so Skype allows all users to connect via face to face for things like trainings, introductions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot just use it via the internet. You have to download an application instead of being re-directed right onto the internet. That is a little challenging with older participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving miscommunication! It is much easier to see a person face-to-face and interpret what they are saying as well as how they are feeling. This is very important for interviews.

Gosto muito do desenvolvimento de URAS e como é fácil a administração e criação e administração de usuários. Gosto muito das configurações de chamadas no discador automático.

Não gosto de ter que ter um gateway externo para abrigar operadoras de voz.

Resolvo problemas do dia a dia do contact center. Percebi que ter todas as ferramentas necesárias para contact center em um só acesso é uma ótima forma de administrar

I like the availability to transfer calls through the office easy.

Need good internet to run the program at a good level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not using the phone lines allows us tinuse the phone from anywhere at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have solid fiber internet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we don't need to have any on premisses server, we just need to signup for the service and simple like this everything works. It doesn't depends on integrations and complex O.S. and software configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be better if we could have access to the platform services and logs to troubleshoot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of having complex on premisses servers, managing licenses, software, patches, upgrades. Benefits are simplified management and a very friendly user (and admin) interface directly on our browser.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I didn't have the chance to evaluate and use other new-generation contact center products, but I enjoy working with Genesys.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to instant message other employees on a daily basis. The screen share is especially useful when needing to walk someone through certain processes, as well as the file transfer. The ability to chat with multiple people at once is nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if there were more emojis available. I do with there were a way to send entire files over...if there is, I am unfamiliar with it. I'm sure there is more than Skype can do but I just don't have the familiarity with it uet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving communicating with different co-workers on a daily basic, thus increasing our productivity and functionality as a team. We are able to keep track of each other and see who is "away" or "available".

What do you like best about the product?
We have a single Call Center solution for several products: WFM, Recorder, URA and Whatsapp. In this way we have better control of the entire architecture in a unified platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dialing features had to be met with integration with the CRM, mainly when the priority and schedules have to be made by the operation. In this case, it would be helpful if the platform delivered these features in a native version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an omnichannel view, with the possibility of tracking queues and calls, the platform is easy to use. An integration level with CRM provides more features and integration between attending areas of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the screen-sharing options available through Skype, meetings can be conducted easily without any hassle using this service. It is user-friendly and simple to use. In short, it's one of the best teleconferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the quality of Skype video calls can be unreliable due to poor sound or video. Background noises are picked up relatively quickly in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that Skype can configure itself for the system, and the only thing users need to do is either link an account to the communications program or start a new account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is incredibly easy to install, and in just minutes, Skype can configure itself for the system, and the only thing users need to do is either link an account, and you can start with your work or activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Best think about this platform is it provide our large customer base to have a great platform where they can interact with us without any complication and Genesys bot is very easy to train and we get the chance to connect with more customers and generate more leads on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there are very less flaws in it but still we would like to have more features as our customer base is growing at a rapid rate with the introduction of new courses.Features like transferring of chats without to agents from bot without the quick accept feature and multiple tagging option .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Genesys Dx we are able to connect with more customers on a daily basis as with our last platform we were able to connect with limited customers.It gives us to introduce our product to a larger customer base worldwide which automically helps us to solve more queries on a daily basis.

Problems are everywhere, but Genesys is trying to solve the problems rather than giving excuses.
