Best calling tool for all type of business
What do you like best about the product?
Skype for business is the perfect calling tool with affordable rates. I like the call's audio quality the most, this is clear and connects quickly and even I can get the business local numbers as well and the rates of the calls are very good, hence these are the main things that I like the most about Skype for Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the regular updates, this is really irritating for me, whenever I open Skype for business application this start updating by itself and takes a lot of time as well, hence I dislike this process from this tool the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Skype for Business for effective communication within the organization, I am using this to make international calls as well and sometimes I am using this to share files as well, hence these three problems that I am solving with the help of Skype for business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Skype for business is a very good and useful tool for internal communication, file sharing, and international calling, hence I definitely advise this tool to all.

Ease of use and ability to communicate with internal colleagues.

Biggest downsides of Skype is screen sharing does not default to a full screen.

Connected to groups and individual colleagues virtually across the country saves time and efficient .

What do you like best about the product?
Skype is a great way to message people in your network quickly and outside. Skype allows for people to schedule calls with a team and check their calendars to see if there are conflicts before scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people with Macs have issues using Skype to message. So it is best to have all employees on a PC to make messaging and calls flow without problems. I would like to see Skype show Mac users how to navigate these issues quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We connect with colleagues and clients faster and cheaper with more minor issues. I find that messaging saves me from cluttering up my inbox with attachments and short replies faster than email. I also like how fast I can get a quick question answered through Skype.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Skype for business since last 7 years, it is very user friendly collaboration tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voice quality is not good specially on virtual systems we have seen lags in the voice

We are using Skype for business for collaboration, attending meetings, making calls and during pendamic helped a lot to connect with colleagues.

This is very user friendly and uses less memory as compare to other IM tools

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good and light alternative of Microsoft teams..
Moreover it's more feasble for me because of its simolified UI as compared to Microsoft teams and other apps

I'm muting using interaction desktop provided by Genesis and I'm learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an integrated system that not only gives me the ability to have access to all my call functionalities but it also gives me access to my schedule as well as all of my contacts that I need to perform my job duties
What do you dislike about the product?
If for some reason the connection gets interrupted I can't simply reconnect I have to reboot my entire system that may just be me complaining but the system will tell me I'm reconnected but I won't be able to hear customers

Quick access to be able to transfer my customers to different divisions within our company regardless of where those agents are located in the United States and we have superb call Quality

The system can be prolonged and the UX design is relatively outdated. Would like to see a design update soon.

Instant Messaging and telephony Software
What do you like best about the product?
Skype for business is a good application for Instant messaging in enterprise and hosting an audio/video telephony. Audio clarity is best in this software. We can be integrating this software in outlook to schedule meetings from Outlook mails. We can also use this software in the cloud and on-premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features don't have like noise cancellation, background change, deleting one to one chats, Mircosoft share point collaboration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instant communications with vendors, clients, and internal employees. We are scheduling the meeting externally and internally to discuss business needs and present the new products to clients through this software and screen sharing for quick support.
