Salesforce Data Actions Integration Implementation in Genesys Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Data Actions gives me exceptional delivery for business-critical tools in Genesys cloud. It performs static as well as dynamic action items such as capture, qualify, engage and convert leads faster and more efficiently. Also, it provides chatbot and voicebot integrations to third-party tools, which helps with designing, configuring, and managing applications easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Data Actions is a great additive to my Genesys cloud for my business orientations. Dislike is none of the product and its services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Data Actions integration helps me by reducing the attrition rate, collecting and analyzing all contextual data objects across all integrations for real-time insights. It offers excellent provisions to predict and plan based on the performance distinctions from its interactive dashboard. Also, it makes fantastic routing decisions which significantly aids in representing your e-commerce action items to your external agents in declarative or programmatic scripts based on our customization.

Skype for Business: For all the internal communication within organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Skype for Business is one of the most accessible tools for all internal communication within the organization. We have been using this tool for the past three years. Skype for Business is the most user-friendly tool and very simple to use. Sharing screens, taking remote, chats are straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will show "Away" just after a few minutes if you do not touch the cursor for a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool for all communication purposes within the organization. It is effortless to connect with the people within an organization. We can easily share our screen and fix the issue. Remote also works very smoothly.

the access to the application to Genesys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication problems with internal departments and with clients, allows to quickly locate clients.
Skype because why else?!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using skype for the last decade to talk to my friends and colleagues about all sorts of business ventures/projects. Skype is free to download from the google play store for Android or the app store for Apple. The app features video/text chat options to communicate one on one or in group conversations. It's portable wherever a steady/protected internet connection is present.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Skype, but if I had to list a disadvantage to using skype, I would say that skype requires some form of a data connection to be used. That means it needs access to a cellular data plan or the internet. Although internet saturation is at record levels and still rising worldwide, more than half of the global human population has no data access. That means half of all the people in the world cannot use Skype regularly and must rely on more traditional forms of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skype is easy to use for all ages. As long as you have access to a phone,computer,or tablet you can access Skype anywhere. It allows interactivity between programs so its easy to multitask. Also makes it easy to reduce unnecessary business travel by providing reliable, high quality calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you have skype, you can enjoy group video calls with your friends, wherever they are in the world. Sometimes it's easier to have a chat. If you prefer speaking to your friends and hearing them talk back, Skype-to-Skype calls are great and easy to organize.

Skype for Business allows for effortless calling with others via either audio or video, ideal for remote meetings, webinars and conferences.

Sometimes the connection can be a bit spotty, but nothing a quick reset cannot fix.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, and the calls are simple to make if you ever have a voice mail it will always let you know, you are also able to see how many calls you have done during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when your in a call another one can come in without a problem and sometimes you have two calls ringing at the same time and if you answer one the other call is still on the line ringing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact more clients due to the facility of them being able to leave me a voice mail if I am in another call, I'm able to meet my goals thanks to the performance where you can see your calls.

Skype for Business is an online meeting software that works perfectly connecting people from any corner of the world through video and audio with HD quality sharing face-to-face screen, I really like it because it is a tool that works flexibly and intuitive by providing features that adapt to our needs with cloud web meetings participation from multiple devices and the ease of just one-touch join with desktop document authoring and user sharing.

Skype for Business is a business-level real-time meeting tool that brings countless benefits when connecting with our coworkers through HD video and audio, it is a perfect service that so far has not thrown me errors or annoyances, it works very well and I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skype for Business helps me increase my productivity and increase communication and teamwork allowing us to collaborate in a productive and collaborative way in a simple and safe way, with all the required benefits offering a successful experience, it is a tool that allows me to communicate with my colleagues without having to move from one side to the other saving my time and money in travel and logistics, a software that brings advantages and success to my company, is everything I want, it works 100% And it is all the right thing to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Skype is very cool and secure for business. Skype call quality is very exceptional. The connection speed is very distinctive, and there is no delay in broadcasting. Skype is a great software for teamwork and collaboration with its streamlined meetings and screen shares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Skype is fantastic compared to other video calling softwares. Skype have few bugs that's it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make multiple Skype calls a day to my coworkers regarding word related topics. We hold multiple meetings daily to discuss and strategize how we're going to carry out our projects.
