I like this soft. But it still need improve.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of necessary options which make a manager's life easier. Information in the dashboard is well visible and understandable. The application doesn`t need a high-speed internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options are "hidden" deep enough in settings and it`s difficult to find them or figure out where to find them. The menu for access is not enough graduated, for example, why does the person who needs to make a refreshable dashboard need Administrator access?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to the database is easy and fast, It gives me the opportunity to create and use a dashboard for getting information for myself and make presentations and explanations for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can find all relevant information on sigma. It loads pretty quickly. I use multiple sigmas an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the sigma times out or does not load the query. The fact that a version needs to be update frequently.

- performance can be slow at times, can be smarter at how data is fetched
- you need to know sql to be able to leverage it easily, the non-technical option to create reports wasn't very intuitive

- sigma allows us to view all our data consolidated from different sources in one area

It's simple to read and easy to use

I like the visualizations and how easy I can obtain the data I want

sometimes it's slow and could not show results immediately and cannot connect with the database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helped me with daily/weekly metrics tracking and visualizing the change. Also, it can send the result to our slack channel so that I don't need to type in the channel by myself and everybody can see. It saved a lot of time

Very powerful analytics tool and it is our main source of info, analysis and decision-making on FAST channels. It gets upgraded very quickly and the support is amazing,

The graphs can be improved and allow users to choose bars, charts or visualise raw data and tables better directly on the platform.

Allowing us almost in real-time to see the performance of our channel, content, ad deliveries and many other crucial and detailed information which helps with strategies and decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
Two things I love about Sigma. Their brave adoption of the markets' knowledge of spreadsheets. And building the cost of learning into the licensing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I had more time to spend with it. Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing but they have a slightly different result.

Its a visualization tool that can be used outside the technology department.
