Robust tool for simple and easy-to-follow visualizations, has room to grow but promising!
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth and simple interface, shareability across teams, ability to integrate with BiqQuery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations in visualization creation/types/manipulation, as well as the frequency of bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a central hub for our organization to harness the power of our data, and Sigma's sharing abilities as well it's the ability to query directly into BQ and our data warehouse has been promising.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about sigma is that you can find all the information you need to complete your task or to resolve questions about metrics challenges and much more
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the response time may be a little bit too much but overall it is an amazing tool to rely on to complete your job on a daily basis, interface may be a little confusing at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metrics for top dashers, bonus for challenges to help find profiles for inactive dashers even for devices that have security issues with their software such as jailbroken or rooted devices
Sigma is a very good resource.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sigma provides different resources all in one application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, Sigma is very helpful the application crashes and is down very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is solving issues by finding out the results and status of our employees. It's very helpful when tracking progress.
Sigma crashes ALOT and goes very slow when pulling up information
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use it for looking up accounts, that seems to go the fastest out of all the other functions. Sometimes when pulling up an earnings statement it goes a decent speed for that as well

,I dislike how long it takes to gather information as well as its frustrating how often sigma crashes, thus making my work slower and having to wait for a resolution because i cant use the tools i need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helps me locate if there are any existing accounts with an email or phone number someone is trying to set up with, I like sigma the most for that function. Again, I also like when sigma proivdes info for Earning statements but only when its not going slow
An insightful and easy way to view data .

I like that there are many options to filter your date.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a long wait time to load certain charts. I've also seen that sometimes data reflects innacurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is allowing me a resource that lets me view charts/data to really measure a team's performance.
Piloting a new BI tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support and continual product updates with new features and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is a bit clunky and not intuitive to navigate if you're used to other BI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my organization to easily stitch together multiple data sources and also provide end-user BI consumption for non-analyst teammates.

Ability to leverage SQL + the flexibility of being able to set and forget + conduct analyses

Latency + sometimes seemingly simple things are very hard (e.g., setting weekly targets)

Scalability + progress tracking + ability to quickly synthesize analyses and generate insights

Good visualization capabilities, easy to use for stakeholders.

Parameters are not the most intuitive, can be slow

Formatting (similar to excel), ease of use, short learning curve.

Speed is a huge problem. Some additional visualization options and input for features would be appreciated.

It helps with reporting recurring questions by setting up charts that are accessible to all.
