Very easy to build and replicate charts + SQL queries run extremely quickly

Nothing yet! The only difficulty I've encountered so far is that I can't sort within a SQL query.

Really easy to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned through data vis.

The tool allows you to do typical BI on top of massive datasets!

My only complaint would be hoping for more functionality around visualizations in the tool.

We are seeing rapid user adoption across our organization which will lead to more self-service BI!
Solid way to capture SaaS analytics
What do you like best about the product?
breakdown of license analytics and associated utilization. allows account managers to highlight areas of strength or opportunities for improvement, both with internal account teams and clients alike
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the ability to quickly distinguish between utilization driven by account team members vs. client team members is limited. Just by virtue of establishing an account to help set up features for the client, we may ultimately be influencing utilization numbers in a skewed manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to help answer questions about how many people are using our SaaS platform at any given time. Sigma helps provide those analytics to support conversations around program progress and account health.

Excel-like experience. Helpful support team members that can answer questions within minutes.

Sometimes loading data can be a bit slow.

Building analytics tables and dashboards. Really easy to use.

Sigma is easy to use, supports a lot of graphs, and is easy o explore for technical a non-technical users, which is a great experience for everyone.

No support for cross-data sources queries.

We manage to provide visibility to the business team, building dashboards and even providing raw data in a similar Excel experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to customize reports and drill down data to your specific needs; I am able to update and refresh data month after month without starting from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be frustrating is the load speed. Sometimes my tables and dashboards time out.

Sigma visualizes data in an easy-to-consume way with excellent abilities for customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is very user-friendly and maps out all the data in a way that's very digestible and easy to understand. Data as it is is already pretty confusing to me at times so I appreciate how organized everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't run into anything about this product that I genuinely dislike! If anything, it would be nice to be able to have better attribution models because as someone who works in organic social media, attribution can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma is helping me understand all things data in general! I'm really grateful to be able to use a tool that maps out everything in a succinct and understandable way when there's always so much going on.
