Awesome Training/Webinar Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The trainers were able to explain the process in a way that we can easily understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no part that I don't like since they were able to explain it very well and the tools were easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Insights Generation. I realized that I was able to easily analyze the data when visuals are done with Sigma. I can easily navigate the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can really use Sigma when it comes to visualizations and insights generation.

There is a bit of a learning curve to create dashboards.

Viewing complex data with simple visualizations for the team.
Easy to use. Friendly UI. Self taught how to use this and I am not technical.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Friendly UI. Self-taught how to use this and I am not technical. We are using it to monitor usage of our customers and also forecasting from a sales perspective. I haven't had any issues figuring out how to use this BI tool and enjoy the easy access to data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better in app training could be useful but other than that I haven't really had any downsides.

Forecasting. Business Decisions off of data. Customer usage monitoring.
Overall A Great Tool For Data Analysts
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it very easy to build reports and it presents data in a format i.e. excel which is everyone already familiar with. Very simple and smart UI. You don't need much training to use this software. You can easily schedule and send the excel report to others via email. Suitable for non SQL users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little overwhelming for first time users. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything to dislike. Honestly, no cons to this software. Of course, there is always room for improvement.

Great Reporting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create customized and recurring reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a moderate learning curve for new users. Large data sets may take some time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to provide critical reporting and statistics to key stakeholders.
Not entirely user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access most information needed from each report is something I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to show Month/Quarter/Yearly stats through a filter, having to compile the information and do the math directly manually. The loading times are also very slow. I would like to see more features that allow us to sort, that do not freeze up the reports or take an extended period of over 5 minutes to load when switching between agents and their metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service management, identifying trends that need behavior corrections, and the compiling of stat metric information to show an agents progress or lack of progress.
Fantastic interface, but limited LOD calculations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy way in which calculations and visualizations can be created, and that's super straightforward to teach end-users how to build things on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create LOD calculations, meaning to avoid some of the grouping levels and then create more flexible calculations. Also, charts' alignment on dashboard is difficult and being able to use worksheet level columns for filtering wo a parameter is a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a 360 view of the organization relying on different KPIs. With everyone building analysis while our BI team just getting involved for the more advanced stuff, we're truly building a data-driven company.
Sigma is very easy to use. I would highly recommend it.

The dashboards are easily configurable and the reports are easy to manipulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it is difficult to use with our clients. We report a lot of data and we cannot give them access as we are charged by the query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using sigma to crunch both financial and energy data to show market trends that can be hard to follow. Sigma helps visualize this data easily

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to personalize any worksheet to show all necessary information for multiple groups of people to find different info all in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard as a beginner to learn how to make these worksheets independently and was a slow process to get started. Thankfully, the Sigma team was always around to help when I got stuck somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have a lot of problems that I'm solving beyond things that happen in my own company, but like I said earlier, having the ability to personalize all of the information is an amazing benefit. it's also beneficial to be able to create whatever you need on a whim.
