Modern, Intuitive Platform for Non-Technical Users

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from a personal, clunky BI tool to Sigma about a year ago -- this platform has extended our reach and allowed our team to bring on new, non-technical teammates for projects that require a data storyline. It is easy to follow, easy to navigate, and relatively simple to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sigma lacks some features depending on the license; for example, the standard user cannot export data or add values to additive tables. In addition, filters are not additive across tabs within the same work book, which requires manual reconciliation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to process data faster than ever before and with fewer errors. In addition, our team's confidence in data storytelling has grown significantly since the platform is easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sigma simplifies working with large, complex datasets by turning them into clear, interactive visuals. It makes it easy to spot trends, track KPIs, and collaborate on data-driven decisions without needing to write heavy SQL or rely entirely on BI teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, It slows down with heavy data loads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helps me track midmarket revenue trends and numbers in real time by turning raw data into clear, interactive dashboards. It makes it easier to spot delivery patterns, identify gaps, and act faster without waiting on manual reports.

Sigma is a Lifesaver!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. The reports are customizable. It is fast and easy to download into excel. It has greatly reduced and consolidated work that we used to have to do with our previous super outdated sotfware.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing that I can say I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in accounting at a large corporation and the main use for us is to help use reconcile our accounts and research transactions.

Great BI tool, constantly improving and releasing new features

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is visually appealing and less clunky than other BI tools we tried in the company. The UI is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it works great for team collaboration, especially with two people working in the same workbook at the same time. Since our company started using their products about a year ago, we have only heard positive feedback from our customers. And I can not end this without mentioning their live chat support, I've bugged their team countless times and they were always helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are some bugs, which are usually resolved by refreshing the page, but are still annoying when they happen. Some of the capabilities, like maps, are still behind the larger BI tools. But with them releasing features as frequently as they do, I am sure these won't be issues for much longer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TRansforming the way we report on our client's data. It significantly benefited our team on how fast we can develop and deliver a product that functions, works as expected, AND looks good.

I love the fact that I can go into this program and pull pertinent information in regard to any of my accounts.

I love the fact that I can now filter through and pull only the information that I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a solid UI experience. Sigma connects to our internal CRM , allowing faster reports, dashboards and helps to make decisions faster
What do you dislike about the product?
The data loading time of sigma is arbitrary. Sometimes it takes 1 sec, sometimes 1min to load the same page with the same éléments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our crm does not have good report/dashboard, so that helps a lot to find new customers and opportunities

User Friendly and Powerful Data Analysis and Visualization Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is incredibly user friendly, making it simple for team members of all skill levels and competencies to conduct data analysis with code (SQL) and create dashboards and other visualizations. Their customer success team is also very responsive, providing support and following up on things like bug reports and feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of functionality to schedule queries and dashboards to refresh. Additionally, there are some small formatting and UI functionalities that can be improved (i.e. easily resizing column widths).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for analyzing large datasets and creating dashboards and visualizations

it pulls results from more than one platform

too easy to get erroneous results due to case sensitivity and combining results into the same record, case sensitivity could be removed to make it easier to search

pulling data from a previous CRM I no longer have access to

Sigma helps us move faster and build smarter

What do you like best about the product?
Sigma has become a core part of how we work—both internally and in the product experiences we deliver to customers. We’ve used it to launch embedded market analytics that now live directly in our platform. It’s one of our most engaged-with features, and it was built and shipped in just a few weeks with very little engineering lift. That kind of speed and independence is rare.

Internally, Sigma has also made a big difference. It’s easy to build with, easy to use, and intuitive enough that folks across product, marketing, and other teams can explore data and find answers on their own. It’s helped us cut back on one-off data requests and made our reporting much more real-time and collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a few more options for visual customization and export formatting, especially for more public- or customer-facing use cases. But overall, we’ve been able to work around that without much issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Enabled our product and data teams to quickly build and launch new analytics features for our users

- Gave cross-functional teams direct access to live data so they can answer their own questions

- Reduced time spent on manual reporting and ad hoc requests
