Sigma makes working with data easier

Sigma makes working with data easier. It feels like a spreadsheet, but it's connected directly to live data, so you’re not dealing with outdated exports or bugging someone for SQL help. It’s been super helpful for our team.

Easy to use, intuitive. Fast. Information flows well.

A place to house our data and update data accordingly.
Very easy to use, powerful data input capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Sigma doesn't require expansive teams around BI and allows you to democratize data and BI to all members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still edges in advanced visualizations, or programatic capabilities. You have to realize these limitations until they expand their feature set over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for internal and embedded analytics.
Easy to use with great insights
What do you like best about the product?
Sigma Computing has completely transformed the way our team works with data. As someone who’s worked with everything from Excel to traditional BI tools, Sigma hits the sweet spot between usability and power.
The biggest win? Real-time data exploration without needing to write SQL. Our business users can self-serve insights without constantly going back and forth with analysts. At the same time, power users can drop into SQL or use formulas for advanced use cases. The spreadsheet-like interface feels familiar but is deeply connected to our cloud data warehouse, which means we’re always working with fresh data.
Collaboration is another standout feature. We can easily build dashboards, share live reports, and annotate insights in a way that actually drives decisions—not just pretty charts sitting on a shelf.
What I like most:
Intuitive UI with powerful functionality
Real-time connection to Snowflake (and other cloud warehouses)
Enables non-technical users to explore data safely
Fast performance even with large datasets
Great version control and collaboration tools
What could be improved:
Some advanced visualization features are still catching up to competitors
Would love even tighter integrations with other tools in our stack (e.g., Slack, Notion)
Bottom line:
If your company is serious about being data-driven, Sigma is a must-have. It bridges the gap between data teams and business users better than any tool we’ve used.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Sigma is strong on accessibility and live data connections, the interface can feel clunky at times, especially with large datasets. Performance occasionally lags when working with complex joins or large tables. Also, some basic features—like custom visualizations or more flexible formatting—are limited compared to more mature BI tools. Lastly, versioning and change tracking could be more intuitive; it’s sometimes hard to tell what changed or who made edits in shared workbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track SQLs and seeing patterns that allow me to optimize our demand gen.
Sigma has been a great visualization tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Sigma is very dynamic and works great with our data warehouse, Snowflake. I love the flexibility in building different types of charts and visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches or glaring gaps (such as the filter not allowing you to select all options when you type something in).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigma helps provides a very easily accessible and clean visualization dashboard to look at.
Slow Load Time
What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities and customization of the dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
How slow it can be to load data for some look back window time ranges & if it includes large amount of data it becomes time consuming to simply filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating cutom dashes for users to easily track and measure key KPI's in real time
