Simple & Reliable Business VPN
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and configure. You can set up a VPN server with a few clicks. The customer support is very cordial and patiently cleared my doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of client apps can be made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UTunnel enables us to securely access our remote corporate resources with it's VPN service. We also use OneClick Access to provide SSH access to specific servers to third party consultants.

It is easy to connect and working on.

It is cloud-based and since our most of the work is online it was easy to setup

Sometimes in our work, it needs system administration approval to get connected.

The problem of working on remote machines is solved by UTunnel

What do you like best about the product?
We have several servers in different locations and the Utunnel is an easy-to-go and cheap option to connect all offices, You can do the configuration using the Web Portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not use all UTunnel features, right now I do not have anything to say.

Connecting several offices in different locations (VPN Site-to-Site).
Flexible and easy to setup cloud VPN solution
Easy deployment and configuration. Faced no issues setting up my cloud VPN server with Utunnel. After the initial setup via a few terminal commands, pretty much everything about the VPN server could be managed from Utunnel's web console. The ec2 free tier worked fine for me to run the VPN server on light loads. You might need a more powerful instance if you want to do some heavy lifting.
Feature-packed business VPN Solution for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
UTunnel is feature-rich and helps secure my business network. Simple to set up and manage, yet provides many advanced configuration options. Managing users is easy with it's SSO integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much about UTunnel that I would criticize. Though, the VPN client for Windows could be improved in my opininion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy user-management was one of our main business requirements and we got that with UTunnel. Some other VPN solutions charged per connection and were too expensive for us. UTunnel on the other hand has turned out to be a very affordable option for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Basic plan has limited features for business use and so I would recommend the standard plan.
Easy to Manage Professional VPN Server Solution
What do you like best about the product?
UTunnel VPN was easy to implement. UTunnel proved to be a reliable hosted VPN with its performance and user-friendly interface for server management. With the deployment of the UTunnel VPN server on AWS cloud instance, we can now securely access various services and systems held locally or on the cloud. Client applications that are available on all major platforms is another advantage
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they offer customizable plans, UTunnel’s payment methods are limited to credit cards. It would have been better if they could offer more payment options like PayPal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The objective was to find a solution to provide a secure network access to team members remotely working from different locations, connecting to our network via their home internet connection or even public Wi-Fi. With UTunnel VPN, we could address all required network safety requirements and seamlessly ensure compliance with the policies of various end customer organizatiins.
