Extremely Easy, PrinterLogic Makes it Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic's deployment at our company went off without a hitch. When we flipped the switch, we had absolutely no issues deploying the client and extension to our computers and the installation of printers is very intuitive for end users. Before, I had to pull up my print server when a user needed a printer mapped to their computer. Now, I show them PrinterLogic and they say "Wow, I could have done that myself!"
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some weird CyberArk interaction where CyberArk was blocking the installation of a printer using PrinterLogic, but thatwas an issue on CyberArk's side that they were able to fix with a support team meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users needed to know the name of our print server and manually type it in to file explorer on their laptop to install a new printer on their laptop before PrinterLogic. After we deployed PrinterLogic, it's extremely easy when users travel to a different office to install the on-site printer.

Printer Logic - Easy rollout and Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product was easy to configure and rollout to users. It replaced their currently mapped print server printers and made the transition seamless for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not good in my opinion. We setup alerts for low toner and jams and within the first 2 nights we had 1500 alerts some for reporting the issue and some for the resolution. Not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The removal of Print Servers and the overhead of maintaining them.
PrinterLogic works great in our environment!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user friendly! We love the server-less remote printer management!!
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons whatsoever! No cons whatsoever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic has made our job on the back end of IT so much easier as it allows for our front end users to set up and manage printers on their own.

Its very easy to use for our users in adding printers and makes our lives so much easer.
What do you dislike about the product?
finding the right driver can be a pain since I think the verision that is needed is on the older side. I have been stuck between a rock and a hard place between the manufacterer and printer logic trying to get my printer to work properly.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great for the end user portal and admin portal. This was fairly easy to set up using the virtual appliance. It is also very simple to add printers / drivers etc. Overall a great product. I would highly recommend to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic helps me track all my network printers. It also helps me simplify adding network printers for end users.
PrinterLogic makes managing your printer environment a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic provides us the ability to define printers to users based on their VLAN/Subnet as well as Active Directory groups and user accounts. We use PrinterLogic to deploy printers, and define default printers via VLAN as we have a lot of "Floating" users that go from branch to branch, and we wanted to make their printing as easy and effortless as possible for those users. That's where PrinterLogic SHINES!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any "dislikes" about PrinterLogic! Every issue or question I had with the product, I leveraged their support and had good answers promptly, and accurately!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to define printers and set the default users for several "floating" users using their VLAN/Subnet/IP Address range. PrinterLogic is GREAT for this need!
Great Remote Mgmt Program
What do you like best about the product?
PL allows you to manage numerous devices across multiple locations/networks. You can set custom permission for each printer. Also, use remote deployment for specific or all users
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a little bit of a learning curve during implementation, but customer support was a real asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote mgmt of almost 200 printers for 1000+ staff, across various remote sites

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Printerlogoc is the ease of use and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything i dislike about printer logic.

Printer deployment and driver management is a breeze with this product
Printerlogic is much better than Printer Servers
What do you like best about the product?
It makes printers easy. Not having to deal with a Print Server anymore is a best thing since sliced bread.

Getting rid of unsecure print servers.
PrinterLogic Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding and removing printers and the ease of setting up printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
How you have to save the changes in one section of the setup before moving on to another tab of the same printer setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically removes/adds the office printer when end users leave/enter an office based on the devices IP address. This feature gives it some security for confidential client information.
