Printer Logic is just the best !
What do you like best about the product?
saved Me the hassle of installing the drivers separately and organised my complete workplace
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that I can quote which I did not like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like the time invested or spent in getting the prints done due to availability at certain workstations

Effective service
What do you like best about the product?
I love how informative the service is. It helps with all my printing in the office, and helps the printing go smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing it was slightly too complicated for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no more confusion when it comes to printer jams or multiple people printing at the same time.
Serverless with trick.
What do you like best about the product?
If it is serverless, but implements an application installed on a server connected to the cloud (or not) where the user controls are collected, therefore it has a server. Otherwise it works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its management is somewhat deficient as well as its accounting when printing documents with A3-A4 and different sheets in Color / BN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation on clients fleeing from a classic Windows printing server.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think they should try the free trial service. If you are looking for a serverless for classic windows printing, pordia work.
Printer Logic
What do you like best about the product?
Printer logic is a great tool used on our service desk. We are able to map printers, set default printers, clear print queues and much more. There is also a user friendly window where end users can select their location and find the printer needed. Easily able to map printers my clicking install.
What do you dislike about the product?
Printer logic can have issues with some of our devices. When trying to change the default printer it can revert back to one you don’t want to use. Some times unable to remove the printer as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool helps make it easy for end users to install drivers needed and map the printers. Also being able to clear the print queue remotely is very helpful.
Printer Logic is Great
What do you like best about the product?
It completely eliminated our use of print servers and my employees love being able to do mobile printing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The VDI and virtual printing options did not work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile printing and no need for the servers has reduced costs!

Try it out but be prepared to make significant changes to processes
