Perfect observability data fabric for AWS Serverless and API Gateway logs

What do you like best about the product?
I used LOGIQ.AI to monitor our serverless platform deployed on AWS. LOGIQ.AI has a good documentation site that detailed how to integrate with AWS, so it was easy to set up.

LOGIQ.AI is unique in that it offers a number of advanced features, such as Log2Metrics and real-time notification. These are generally only available in premium versions of competing services. The data fabric on LOGIQ.AI can also alter data on the fly, which we employed to safeguard sensitive information while still meeting compliance standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
LOGIQ.AI is a new platform with a lot of interesting features. I did not find anything I disliked about it. The team is easy to work with, so if I had any questions, I could go to their slack channel and ask them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to monitor our serverless functions on AWS, but we were struggling to find a good platform that could do this for us. LOGIQ.AI was the perfect solution for us because it has advanced features like Log2Metrics and real-time alerting. Plus, we are a small team so we wanted something that was easy and quick to onboard. LOGIQ.AI was great on all these fronts.

They also have advanced features which we found quite useful. For e.g. the log2metrics and root cause capability are usually only found in premium versions of other products.

One of our other criteria was to be able to create notifications on the logs that were being gathered using signatures we could identify in the log data. It was also critical that our alerts be delivered directly to Slack for our team. LOGIQ.AI was able to deliver the alerts to Slack. They integrate into a variety of platforms, including PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and more. It's designed for both simple and complex business use cases.

All-in-one platform for AWS observability data management and more...

What do you like best about the product?
LOGIQ.AI's observability data fabric made it simple to collect and store all our AWS infrastructure data. We were able to gather logs from lambda services, configure alerts on the data, connect it to slack, and stay up-to-date on all potential issues and areas of improvement.

Having used AWS CloudWatch for monitoring, we wanted a log management system that was fast, easy to use, scalable, and cost-effective. LOGIQ proved to be all that and more. After seamlessly integrating it with our data sources, LOGIQ instantly converged all of our machine data centrally, partitioned them by application, namespace, and other criteria, augmented events of interest, and made them query-ready in seconds!

Granular search and filtering, along with visualizations, made it very easy to find events of interest within logs and pinpoint root causes. The icing on the cake was the ability to configure and route alerts via Slack for events matching our criteria. The alerting system is powerful and flexible enough to create extremely granular alerts that are easy to understand and actionable. We've turned around issues in minutes flat. To me, that is the true value of LOGIQ.

The support team is readily available on slack and we got a channel for real-time resolution of problems and Q&A with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to find faults in a thoughtfully created product. LOGIQ seems tailor-made to suit any modern ITOps use case - be it log management and analytics, observability, APM, or data compliance at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to replace AWS CloudWatch with an observability and security solution that also kept sensitive information out of our machine data. With LOGIQ, we were able to accomplish all of this and more. LOGIQ's InstaStore converted our existing S3 storage into an infinitely scalable catch-all, index-all data repository where all data was query-ready and quickly retrievable, regardless of its age. We could retain data as long as we wished to for regulatory purposes with zero overhead.

LOGIQ’s Replay feature enabled us to replay data from any period and data source to any target. Our analysts loved the added context they were gaining due to this feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t let the age of the product concern you. LOGIQ is a relatively new entrant in the monitoring, observability, data convergence, and security spaces but they’re quite possibly the best among the lot. The cloud-native architecture, hyper-configurable features, and extremely flexible deployment models make it seem like LOGIQ was built to serve any use case/application/industry. Moreover, their storage flexibility and ridiculously low costs help control TCO.
