Simplified Backup and DR Protection Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Druva Phoenix is cloud based and provides a rapid deployment model for backing up and protecting on-premise IT solutions. Druva Phoenix integrates seamlessly with VMWare to easily backup virtual machines and databases with minimal configuration and deployment effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AWS DRaaS solution provides a powerful option for delivering DR capabilities to the cloud but the EC2 conversion process requires extensive testing to ensure all failovers will be successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is combining our backup and DR protection solutions into one platform to simplify the administration of these processes. This has reduced our overall capital investment on-premise and simplified our skills criteria for managing backups.
Solid, worry free product to meet your backup needs
What do you like best about the product?
Druva just works. Once you have the client installed, apply the settings, and it is worry-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Druva has increased prices lately, making it harder for small businesses and non-profits to afford. Backups should be affordable for all, regardless of size and status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Druva to replace our old tape backup system. We gained a worry-free system, with no need to manage tapes or other media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please give them a look, but be sure to push and negotiate on the price. Be sure to compare prices and hold that to Druva if needed.

Take little bit time delay for restoration.

Pst and ost restoration.. easy user profile restoration.

Very easy and powerful cloud backup solution

What do you like best about the product?
It created the proxy vm for me without me having to deal with configs. This in itself made the startup process faster than anything I've ever used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much yet. I haven't been using it a long time but so far I haven't found anything that I'm annoyed with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes getting backups so easy. The process to get started was great and I haven't even had to reach out to support for anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try their trial and give it a shot. I've tried other systems and it was a real hassle to even get started and put in a lot of time. With Druva, I didn't spend that much time setting it up.

What do you like best about the product?
very user-friendly interface and setup was straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
when developing profiles and adding folder, the folder is visible even though the customer may not have those folders and creates confusion amongst the end-users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is storing the customer's data in the cloud vs. on-prem. The only issue we have encountered is the AD sync seems to disconnect, and the only way to re-connect is to generate a new registration key

Can recover lost data without any difficulty. Cost saving is most likely benefits
Druva inSync does exactly what it says it does
What do you like best about the product?
inSync is a "set it and forget it" piece of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin, the daily reporting emails can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inSync is a second layer of security for us. We have used it to recover data that users have saved in non-default (not auto-backed-up) locations.
Druva inSync is a great product to use for endpoint backup as well as protection of cloud services

Easy to manage and setup. Cloud based and straight forward operation. Protection of documents is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be CPU intensive at times is lots of data is backing up. It does not handle Application data as well as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are protecting user endpoints as well as cloud services (gsuite data). IT has made backup protection easy and allowed for migrations to new machines to be streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast restore, I've had to use this several times recently to restore deleted folders in SharePoint, and within minutes, I had themissing data back online and my users happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving around the Admin console is sluggish.

Piece of mind that I have a very good and easy to use backup solution for my Cloud environment!! I did full SharePoint restores and partial,both were easy.

Increase speed when using the Admin console.

What do you like best about the product?
The Druva InSync lets our subscribers easily back up their files with a simple screen. It is also an application for "download as closely as forgotten" and therefore there are no mistakes or problems in ordinary circumstances. I never have to watch for a database or perchance customer status for control applications. It's one of the favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When handling a backup, several users reported problems with high CPUs. We could not find the appropriate entries to discover the root object of the CPU problem after evaluating their PCS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In reality, Druva was an important tool to back up the data of your users to a single server. It also helps you to determine whether to encrypt the data of each user. This provides a straightforward security policy environment between the organization and the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In local situations, this is a productive system and works painlessly. However, I recommend you use OneDrive as a backup PC User in the event that you are only one of your Office365 customers. Solutions for data processing. You have to worry about your WAN's entire bandwidth because it uses an expression of it.
