What do you like best about the product?
The SAAS platform provided by A2019 along with ability to run on remote desktop with thin client is something that is the best feature of Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
A2019 still has a long way to go as it still has some missing features from V11.3.x

We've implemented IQ bot with our clients having processed 26,000 documents in last 6 months.

Do consider A2019 as it is easy to setup and one can create bots in less than 5 mins

II think Automation Anywhere will become the 1st choice of the user who all are using RPA for there business. It's ease of use and IQ bot feature will attract the attention

I just staryed using A2019 or you can say automation 360 and much more better than the previous version.
One thing that want to highlight is that Automation Anywhere should have a look on WLM and queue features in that there are something much more needed

I'm solving Entertainment and finance domain daily repetitive task using AA.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere to all the business owners who want to automate their processes.
If earlier you were using UiPath or BluePrism, the new A2019 or Automation 360 will provide you almost all the options and features in the same way so adopting this Automation Anywhere if you earlier using other tools will also be very easy.
and finally the features of cognitive Automation and whole cloud based system of Automation Anywhere will just enough to automate any type of processes.

The last version completely web-based with a visual editor for the bots is very intuitive and allows the creation of bots faster than never before.

They wait a lot of time before releasing the last version

We enabled the automation on several different final customers allowing us to upsell also other projects like Process mining and BPM

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the user to automate the daily use application, It used to run smoothly the repetitive application task. e.g. while I am working on some application which is used to run manually on everyday tasks. Automation anywhere helps to run that task automatically on a specific time and to run without any human dependencies, its best user interfaces it provides a better analytics dashboard for the user to understand the bot insight.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere should have Proper documentation like e.g. It should have demo video through user can understand the process. The platform is useless until the user doesn't know about its usability. It needs to improve the object cloning feature. provided features like table and record they are quite difficult to iterate, some are more need improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the human dependencies in my work, it helps us to increase the productivity in my work, it provides attended and unattended features for the user to run the application smoothly. It has the feature that provides to create the platform integration feature. it is quite easy to use the commands

It has a user-friendly interface with various features for the daily use application, it provides the many workflows that integrate the application to each other that feature it very useful to integrate on the platform to others.

What do you like best about the product?
According to my usage and work process, the Automation Anywhere is providing a very clean simple UI which is easy to understand and use in your day to day task. Also, there are advanced features like Recordings, Tables, Loop on multiple Objects and other user-friendly operations. One can easily integrate his/her project with Automation Anywhere and operate with bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
My disliking is the absence of dynamic UI which may help other users to add objects while creating scripts and using it to operate. And few more functionalities that contain minute bugs which may occur a few times while operating a bot that should be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that resolved for me after using Automation Anywhere were to easily understand the flow and do the operation without any difficulties and creating scripts is quite easy using Automation Anywhere. A few more features are PDF to text feature which I liked the most as it helps to extract the formatted text from the PDF. Object Cloning is one of the features which I am using right now and it's quite awesome to do entries with bot these are some of the benefits that are useful for me.

It's pretty easy and effective. A simple process can change your work experience.

-The product dashboard gives the user the motivation and capabilities of full control of different projects and tasks Automating enabling the user to provide the best effective final results. Even for the beginners, its not a must to have high knowledge on programming. Automation Anywhere simplifies various workflow especially the tasks which repeats themselves, and it has the most useful functions Drop and also Drag options.
-This data Extraction platform can still easily download attachments, Automation of Emails flow and Automating of various Windows Apps and its quite simple for the user to understand the coding procedure. A cloud based system and great reliable solution on productivity control and perfect on different financial reporting.

Easy to learn, stable and first Cloud based RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to learn, you get lots of KT doc, community forum and free community edition version also available for the people who wants to learn RPA. It has lots of good features which makes this tool way better than the other tool available in the market like Metabot, AISence, IQBot, Locker and WLM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, its nice tool there is nothing as such to dislike.

Automating web based, desktop based applications, excel, CSV and many more.

Most reliable RPA platform for automating the web based, desktop based application, you can use IQbot as well for PDF invoice processing.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop option available in Automation Anywhere client software makes it really easy to select and order commands which makes it very much user friendly as well as reduces time and effort to create any script. Another feature which I like the most is the Credential Vault. Credential Vault on Automation Anywhere client allows you to store all the sensetive and confidential information in encrypted form which is not available to unauthorized user.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Automation Anywhere A11.x client lacks remote access capability. This short coming is resolved by the Automation Anywhere cloud platform which provide remote access.
2. Message box doesn't support printing of variables other than String such as Table, Record, etc.

The predefined templates makes using automation anywhere a piece of cake.The automation anywhere academy gives a great overview about the tool and can be used to solve any problem with ease.The support i receive from the team is great and fast.The reviews i get from my clients is also very good.The drag and drop option give me great pleasure in coding and creating projects .The way the treat their clients is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
3rd party application integrations are a little difficult.Some processes are a little complex for example obtaining a name from a email and things like that.Automation Anywhere needs to upgrade in Excel commands areas like Add Column in excel, Delete Excel Sheets.
Excel gets hanged Automation Anywhere did not give any notification.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating invoices for my clients regarding finances.Data entry processes.Many hours of man power is saved and the error from manual work is totally reduced.Creating invoices which would otherwise cost around 100s of hours of human effort has been drastically reduced.Many companies feel that due to the reduction of error and machine work they are able to save enormous amount of money.We are using the Automation Anywhere tool to automate the rule-based process. It can work 24 hours without taking rest. We are using it in our Finance, Telecom, and Banking sectors, and found it very useful

n version 11.3.4 MFA is one of the best options and SAP GUI automation by this we can easily capture the SAP elements. I like Meta bot Calibration Option by this we can easily compare the two screens if any changes happen and the next best option in meta bot is a custom object. Queues also the best concept in Automation anywhere.
For Unstructured Data we can Use Iq Bot and PDF integration for insights bot insight is good for analytics.
In Control Room (CR) we have the best option like SLA (Service Level Agreement ) by this we can estimate how many bot runners required for the process.
RABC is also a good option we restrict the permissions as per the user roles.
