Automation Anywhere WOW tool for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a nice platform, it very simple and helpful for no coding background users like me, drag and drop comments are very easy to use. with the finance background and experience have got an opportunity to attend one week session in Automation Anywhere tool and now i have completed the Advanced certification in Automation Anywhere. BOT store is one of the added advantage were you can view and download the BOT or we can upload the reusable BOTS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terminal Emulator was one of the major challenge but not it has been rectified in the previous release. one of the major challenge is Excel limitations, most of the business process will use excel functions, because of this limitations we are forced to use Key strokes which is not the best practice in coding, More excel features needs to be included in the upcoming releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business processes are being automated using Automation Anywhere tool, Quality and Productivity are to 2 major benefits which we have realized till now. since i am not into top level management team have no idea on financial benefits realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
"It is a nice platform, it very simple and helpful for no coding background users. Though it has excel limitations which is not sufficient. It is recommended to fix the above issue in the next version release. "

MAIN THING WHICH I LIKED IS ITS TIME SAVING AND ERRORLESS. APART FROM THAT IT HELPS TO REDUCE EXPENSES OF THE ORGANISATION WHICH CAN MAKE MORE PROFIT. IT CAN MAKE WORKS QUICKLY AND FAST WHICH DELIVERS CLIENT HAPPINESS. NOWADAYS IT IS NEEDED FOR EVERY ORGANISATION AS IT IMPACT ON EVERY SECTORS.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT CAN MAKE UNEMPLOYMENT OR DEPLOYMENT OF THE EMPLOYEES OR WORKERS WHICH IMPACT MAINLY ON MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. THE MANPOWER WOULD BE REDUCED AS MACHINES OR ROBOT TAKES PLACE HUMAN BEINGS PLACE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS I SAID ITS TIME SAVING AND QUICK AND FAST WHICH HELPS TO IMPROVE GROWTH OF THE ORGANISATION.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the way I was able to automate my manual test scripts without affecting the efficiency of the project.It is very helpful as it decreases the cost as will as the manual errors which can effect the project.It is very flexible and easy to understand and use. Automation Anywhere helps you to automate your manual tasks and make life better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing that i disliked but expecting some more features as it will help us in reducing the efforts and increasing the efficiency of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage as far as I can see is the amount of human efforts which is reduced and the efficiency which it provides is commendable.As human intervention is very less ,so chances of errors and mistakes is negligible.

I recommend this to everyone as it is very useful in reducing the workload on individual as well as on teams.Very efficient in automating the test scripts with security. I also observed that every team member of my team also appreciates this application and provide positive feedback to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The Control Room is one of the assets for Automation Anywhere. The coding in automation anywhere is simple. The object cloning command is one of the powerful commands in the tool.
Image recognition is pretty good for our Citrix environment. The new thing is the IQ Bot, where it gets data from unstructured data across multiple languages and multiple pages.

What do you dislike about the product?
Citrix should be more stable.
MetaBot helps to get data from SAP, but we still have some cases where we cannot fetch data from SAP. They should improve this.
They could add more commands that we can find in other tools. In emails that we have to download, we cannot read the MS docs. There is another type of procedure that we have to follow to find these things and download them. We are doing most of these things in a MetaBot format. For SAP and Excel, we are also using MetaBots. These commands need to be improved, especially in Excel because they are only a limited number of commands for Excel. Other tools have very good Excel commands, but Automation Anywhere lags here.
The above has be overcome with A2019 but still if get those commands in our v11 that would be great

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated HR, manufacturing, Insurance and some IT domains. I have also automated processes in SAP. The stability is good.t has very good scalability. We can implement across all domains. I would rate the technical support as a six out of ten. They are combining the tech support and forums into one portal. However, we have had delays in some of their response times. Their responses have been good, though.
For beginners, it is an easy tool compared to other tools in the market. Users can understand the line by line code and coding is easy too. There is no syntax. They can easily drag and drop, executing the bot directly.

Automation Anywhere is one of the leading RPA tools in the market with more advanced command and the control room. It has very good scalability across all the domains and coding it easy compared to the other available tools in the market.
