Automation Anywhere - One of the best tool for RPA available in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Let's list down all the best and good things which I personally like about Automation Anywhere tool.
1. The training materials provide by the in-house team to learn and implement Automation Anywhere tool is by far one of the best materials available in the market.
2. Automation anywhere has left a positive impact on me, especially the implementation of use of bots to perform all our repetitive and tedious task which are being performed manually on daily basis.
3. The ease with which one can use their smartphones in order to schedule and trigger their bots is again a unique and very useful idea in current automation market
4. The reports which gets generated once the bots execution has been completed with bifurcation of bots results with PASS and FAIL scenarios with proper analysis for failure reason is again a best thing to be considered

I would like to list down some of the things which I personally didn't liked about Automation Anywhere tool.
1. The trial version being provided the company for 30 days is quite less to in order to learn implement and get the issues resolved from global community, as I have to concentrate on our on-going projects as well. If the team can help us with some other solution to extend the trial version or if the trial version can be revamped to 60 days it will definitely help a lot many people to get their hands on with the tool, learn, implement and try something out of the box.

I have implemented Automation Anywhere tool in my current project to create different bots to overcome the daily work which was being done manually to meet our day-to-day requirements. This has actually reduced the human efforts which were being utilized to complete the repetitive tasks.
The ease with which get all the reports for each bots triggered during overnight is one of the best feature which I have implemented in our project and being used on day-to-day basis to track down and reduce the failure results.

Well to be honest I didn't find anything as such to dislike about Automation Anywhere tool but like to list down a few things.
1. It is not permissible to automate anything from within any virtual machines so you will definitely need a physical machine on which Automation Anywhere tool is installed.
2. The second thing which annoys me sometimes is the debugging process. It is quite challenging at the beginning to learn how to debug any of your bots for errors being faced.

We as a whole team have implemented Automation Anywhere tool in our project to get some of the below listed things done.
1. Well in initial part of our project we did used Automation Anywhere tool to get some of the scrapping work done from some of the websites.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is preferably known as one of the oldest and most trendy RPA tool since last decade. Its simplicity and ability to take enormous work and doing at smooth is marvelous. unlike other tools, AA gives more productivity by keeping less confused and more creative using custom coding too. I startled when tried to learn other tools but Automation Anywhere made my understanding much clearer. AA license pricing is also affordable and due to their community edition, people are able to learn the for free.
being one of the best tools automation anywhere is also having features with process recording, custom coding, citrix automation, integration with deifferent software, feasibility and much more. I am user of this tool and I am loving it.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing that I dislike specifically, but there is always room for improvement. In case of AA, I was slightly disappointed with citrix environment automation. Also I think they can definitely improve database integration and UI can be more matured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely learned a lot with this tool and tried to make different bots which I successfully created. Also activities created in this tool made process creation much simpler.

I would definitely recommend this tool to others but before taking any decisions, just check other tools also for the sake of your requirement. It would really help to choose the right RPA tool.

Automation anywhere RPA plat form it matured enough, can easily automate Windows, Web, mainframe applications , have many screen scrapping options, many work arounds to automate the host applications, simple , robust, customizable, user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere have some technical hurdles where the tool fails to automate for simple things. e.g. it gives wrong output when you compare blank or null variable with the variable having value, fails to recognize colour, etc. AA CR dashboard can be more interactive and informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating business processes which uses web, SAP, windows and mainframe applications. AA benefited us in terms of adding virtual resources and replacing the FTEs , it also helped to reduce the process AHT and accuracy level.

For Coding the developer need to have some coding background to develop the code that is bug free and clean code as the automation shows script lines. for maintenance purpose as well we need people which has some coding knowledge.
