What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool not only because of its process automation features but also because of its ease of use for developers. This great tool can be explored because it offers many features besides task automation. I like to create bots that do the work and easily monitor and schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a solution that requires dedication to implement. I wish it was easier to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent solution to problems because now we save the time we spend on repetitive tasks, and it reduces errors with the processes and it also benefits us a lot, increasing efficiency, improving and changing the workflow, and we save costs thanks to AA.

Process discovery is easy to use tool that functions to read process knowledge requiring simple English verbs
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to memorize function names and complex procedures.

It helps to automate manual jobs to automation that can be done in hours and with few resources. Productivity increases as the hustle to manual jobs decreases.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the learning curve, and it offers drag-and-drop capabilities and low code, so development is fast and automation is great, and this kind of RPA technology is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not notice any severe error that affects its operation. Therefore I have no complaints.

It is an easy-to-use tool that significantly benefits us with automating processes and repetitive tasks. It is an excellent and beneficial solution for our company to save time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
It has various tools that we can use in automating day to day activities and we can automate in creating tickets in service now via RPA and automation can be done in triggering mails as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the flow fails then no more flow execution will be done and no more execution of automating tasks will be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to automate scheduled jobs via executing workflows and tickets will be created on behalf of users once we receive issues from them without any mannual intervention.

It is easy to use, but the plugins and community are too good. Bot development made easy cloud-based. Recording options are good; AI Sense and screen capturing is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
More features can be added to simplify it further. Screen recording shall suffice. Some problems while capturing need to resolve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Super IDE for automating the business process. Of all the RPA tools I have worked on, this is the best tool, I feel, in terms of flexibility. it provides a cloud-based IDE that can be accessed from a browser. it provides multiple packages which consist of n number of actions that can be used by drag and drop in the form of a flow chart as well as in linear format for automating any kind of use case, either web-based, Citrix based or Desktop based.

What do you dislike about the product?
If the control room is in maintenance, you won't be able to do development until the control room is up and running. As Automation Anywhere A360 uses a client-server architecture.

Automation Anywhere have solved multiple problems in our organization, starting from day-to-day process to monthly and yearly processes. We are using A360 for multiple processes like report generation, monthly claim management, yearly auditing, day to day automation for operations

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides ready-made actions to be used by the developer by drag and drop to automate the business process that business users perform in day-to-day life. The rule-based and repetitive process can be easily automated using A360. a process like maintaining/generating reports based on records processed in excel, Creating sales orders in Oracle R12 business suite, Creating a service now ticket, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Cloud version, some of the packages have issues. We need to change the performance if we are facing issues. For example, i was trying to capture the element inside the Facets application, but it was not working in the latest recorder I changed the version to lower, and it worked. Later connected with Automation Anywhere support team they suggested updating the bot agent then it started working for both packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helped to automate the insurance claim processing by verifying the details from insurance DB and the claimed information. And the performance was 5x by bot as humans would take 4-5 hrs to confirm details as it involves multiple applications.
