Nice tool with improved new capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
New and improved IQ BOT 6.5 capabilities which now also integrate with NLP, Machine learning and chatbot solutions. AA also now supports unstructured content with text analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
MetaBot capabilities needs to be improved. Automation Anywhere has average application control, average reporting compared to the out of the box reports covering basic functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New SAP GUI capability helped in SAP automation. With IQ BOT version 6.5 we were able to read invoices and documents with correct information. Text analytics feature helped to read unstructured data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a bot, is a very simple task with AA. AA's approach to this fast moving change within business will differentiate how companies compete and empower them to have employees focus on more mission critical tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is growing so fast, that at times, it can be challenging to find the write person to work with. The partner organization is still in it early development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to install and improve work flow automation over 3X in several of our Fortune 100 companies that we support.
RPA development experience using Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The AA commands are easy to use and there are more than 500 commands at disposal to ease the life of the developer. The web control room is getting updates with the latest features which is making the automatons more robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task editor interface. It makes the easy automation bot code looks like a complex code.
The UI of the tool is not so user friendly as of now. It can be improved further.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common tasks such as policy registration etc are now no more a human task as Automation Anywhere can automate them with ease. Main benefits are reduction in errors and also reduced number of employees which will benefit the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is easy to use RPA tool and a must try for POC if you are thinking about RPA implementation.

Its not only business friendly and easy to use but also can be adapted easily by non-tech person.

The ability to use activities which are simple but powerful. And how it can easily automate something so simple as copy paste of data to complex things like extraction and validating/comparing .

The modules doesn't provide a total in-depth insight, however after a hands on the Automation Enterprise, it give a full exposure.

It is an easy tool to learn & implement. Our team quickly learnt it deployed first bot within month time.

I think support needs a little improvement as it sometimes takes a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this to automate order processing in oracle erp. It has reduced almost 4 mandays of work weekly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great to offer trial and certification to encourage usage. It would be great if we conduct meetups and collaboration events where people cone together and share their stories, learnings etc

Complex automations like Citrix based are sometimes tough to handle due to image automation but AA community has it covered. Also if the BOT Could learn itself (AI based bots ) it would be make a difference.

Overall it is a tool that would attract you to its capabilities. It really stands up to its RPA delivery and ease of coding and testing. Its multi bot architecture is one of its kind and I would recommend everyone to use it if automating web services, automating daily activities like reading mail processing document and sending it back to a user via a mail or any other automation for that matter is your concern.
The three level architecture of the tool like the Control room ,Bot creator and Bot runner make it very easy even if you are a beginner to really adapt and get used to the interface. And not to forget they even have a Full fledged training program that can ensure you get the basics before you dive in to the actual fun.
The SMART technology that AA offers is also very helpful when it comes to simplify and solve various complex automations. The recording tool is very handy when one needs to automate a series of tasks.
Overall I would say its a one in all and all in one package to look out for.

What do you like best about the product?
Just everything that i need. AA is an incredible tool with all the features and it is simple to learn. The Task editor is simple and easy to understand and not to forget the workflow designer. Love you guys, for building a great RPA tool.

Dashboard can be improved in terms of usability and Access controls for managing access level to the users.

I used AA for generating reports, web browser automation and integration with the citrix VDI.

Go for it guys. It has great features and so far the best in RPA category.
