I have one chalange to automate pdf documents from email which that I can recived. I want to extract some of infomation from pdf and enter into SAP.

We often integrate SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft with Automation Anywhere. There are no issues with the integrations as long as we configure everything properly.

I use both UiPath and Automation Anywhere. UiPath has a more aggressive marketing strategy and a larger market share. However, our banking, insurance, and high-level customers prefer Automation Anywhere over UiPath.

The deployment time depends on the number of processes being automated.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Despite being less expensive than UiPath, Automation Anywhere remains cost-prohibitive for many small and medium-sized businesses.

I would rate Automation Anywhere nine out of ten.

RPA offers improved services to processes that have a high probability of human error, thereby increasing accuracy.

If the processes are complex and involve a high level of decision-making or cognitive tasks, RPA may not be suitable. It is limited to tasks that can be explicitly defined and automated.

Automation Anywhere 360 is my first automation tool. It is very easy and futuristic tool.

The interface is very easy and lots of packages are available in this tool. It is very easy to implement and integrate with the system. Bot development and monitoring are easy. Also, they have a bot store for already developed bots.
Customer support is also very fast and the latest feature "Open Chat" is very useful for me.

Sometimes the recorder and the OCR do not give the desired output. The quality of image recognition should be better.

It is reducing the human efforts and time. Also, the repeating and boring tasks that are done daily then we can automate them easy if they are rule based.

1)There are several problems related to web scrapping and managing the data in an structured way. the automation anywhere bot is read those data and convert the data in an structered way by putting these in excel and database.
2) IQ bot is a good feature to extract the data from pdf and put this in the csv.
