A real structured self learning platform

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of AA is that , courses are targeted towards every possible role in the organization and very well to understand and are detailed well enough with real time examples. This is better than sometimes a Virtual class as you can go back on any subject you need a refresher on
What do you dislike about the product?
The system gets choppy sometime and has to restart all the way. The courses that are outdated play like a broken record without any proper guidance to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still looking into different options to automate the compliance aspect in an organization

Go through the course guide and see what fits you best and then start the learning

What do you like best about the product?
Integration features with Citrix is just so easy and it works seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI doesn't feel as logical as other products and it slows down onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly legacy application processing across thin clients and Customer Experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For RDP and thin client environment this works really well.

What do you like best about the product?
I totally not not known about this tech i had a great experience in learning this RPA thing it is best and surely helpful in many many ways
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about this Automation Anywhere is that it is not Open Sourse i mean each and every one cannot use this software eventhoug it is great

Many manual computer work is solved using Automation Anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive way of developing the tool. I was able to deselect several projects with interaction with another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to interact with citrix, I tried the support on the site site but had no return. But I think I miss smart on my part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the automation of the demand handling process, RPA bots were built that organize the treatment flow, integrating with business decision rules and reducing time in a highly repetitive activity.

Automation Anywhere ...beyond expectations

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use of this tool is truly disarming, especially when combined with its capabilities. Objectively, I had tried other programs of this kind, but this one was truly a surprise. The ability to interface practically with any application present on the PC is something extraordinary. The debugging is also very well done, as is the entire development process. Truly an interface that is easy to use and, above all, intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to be honest, I didn't find anything particularly uncomfortable. After a few attempts at using it, everything becomes very natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my department, we often have to perform checks on spreadsheets that we receive from suppliers in order to have a precise view of our telephone consumption. Until now, we always did these operations manually or with Excel macros, but now we have managed to automate a good 80% of the processes, and this saves us a lot of time!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere comes with easy to use commands and features, the best platform for new comers as a Developer, Business Analyst and Consultants. Traning is very user freiendly with plenty of ready to use documets, templates, etc. The new version of AA is very useful with graphical dashboard with web based tool for data migration and centralized platform for IQBot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal support for automation of Citrix based application, limited capability of handling deployments of robots at a large scales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the best candidate for automation and thereby automating the manual business process and utilizing the resources for value added activities, errors in daily reporting are completely reduced, customers are happy with timely, error free service without any manual interventions, business and functional processes are standardized and overall Average Handling Time is reduced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is a very user friendly platform with a best in class and quality training provided to understand it in well manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like exactaly the visual and simplicity to work on any project. It is easy to work on what I want to do. I like also the possibility to put machine work for me and I can do any other importante things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike on the fact that AA do not work on citrix and remote desktop perfectly. But works fine yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve problems of repetitive tasks where I can go out of my chair and do other thingns more important and take really strategic decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want take decisions and do not only do repetitive tasks, use Automation Anywhere. You can put machine work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation anywhere is the best tool of RPA in the market, your scalability help the companies trying to automate your repetitive tasks, thus leaving employees free for tasks that require more creativity..
What do you dislike about the product?
The ocr isn't work very well in certain PDFs, thus obliging the use of IQBot for these cases, so the user needs to know how to use this featuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem where I use Automation Anywhere the most at the moment is filling tables with data from the internet, which the Automation Anywhere Performs excellently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learning how to use IQ Bot, this feature is Wonderful, and helps in the case where the data is unstructured

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can instantly create tasks and use them immediately and focusing on other important tasks with the time saved by automating the repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't come across any downsides of this with the tasks that I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the repetitive tasks, filtering requests and approving request giving certain constraints has been really beneficial. Daily running the tasks and analysing the reports to improve the tasks is working for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is better to make the interface more user friendly and requirement of smaller actions to complete a task.
